Night Market Noodle Reviews
Demon ramen spicyness is like buldak. Egg is slightly overcooked. Chaschu is tender but lacking char.Chicken karrage is best appetizersSoy wings are good.
Apr 11, 2025 · M VoThis Night Market Noodle is one of my favorite ramen spots. I have been coming here many times. Their signature tonkotsu ramen is the best - the noodle and egg were cooked perfectly and served in a rich, flavorful bone broth. The new dish, Mazesoba, surprised me with how full of flavor it was!
May 31, 2025 · Jiena GI tried the jjampong and jjajamyeon. Both were okay. The jjampong tasted like crawfish seasoning and the broth was thick, almost stew-like. This is not my fav. The jjajamyeon was good with good wok hey flavor. The issue with both dishes was the noodles as they were starchy. Too starchy, in fact. Maybe a rinse in cold water after cooking will help. The surprise was the fish skin chips snack. Tasted like fried chicken skin.My gripe (just me venting here) is the sign that says, "Please wait to be seated," only to be told to sit anywhere I'd like after waiting. Then what's the point of the sign??!! Changing the sign to, "Please sit yourselves" makes more sense.
May 21, 2025 · RickySat on Bellaire because Hunan Plus was closed. We were looking for a good bite and Cheap. This place is Fkn Delicious. Hidden Gem MI Raza. My kid had the spicy seafood and I had the Coconut curry. It tastes 😋 👌. You won't regret it.
Apr 02, 2025 · J jThe overall experience was okay. I’ve never felt compelled to write a review for a restaurant until today. Before sitting down, the atmosphere was great. It was unfortunate that it felt rushed through, including the dining experience as well. I ordered the dish with seafood and it didn’t taste fresh, so I wouldn’t recommend it.
