I ordered takeout online, and the food was ready at the estimated pickup time, and the host was super organized and efficient at getting my order details, confirming, taking my payment and then giving me my food.I ordered the scallion pancakes, avocado and mango roll and the sweet potato roll. The scallion pancakes were basic scallion pancakes, but the dipping sauce was a little sweet and unique — it was very tasty. The avocado and mango roll was nice: the mango offered a subtle sweetness, and the avocado was fresh and creamy. The sweet potato roll was tempura sweet potato with a sauce. It was a nice combination of textures and very delicious.

Nikko Sushi is an absolute gem for sushi lovers, offering a cozy yet lively atmosphere with incredibly fresh and flavorful sushi. The attentive staff, enhance the dining experience with their impeccable service and greeting smiles. We started off with salmon tacos, a treat that you rarely see in sushi restaurants in the area unless you’re going to NYC. Highlights include the Autumn of New York Roll, the Lobster Dragon Roll, and the spicy scallop roll. If you’re in the area and are craving sushi, Nikko Sushi is a must-visit.

I’ve known the owners and tracked them down from when they had a restaurant with the best sushi in Forked River. I know for a fact other customers have as well and are happy he found a place within driving distance to open a location. They are very generous, accommodating and creative. They have something for everyone here.

We ordered take out. Food was just ok. Chicken katsu portion was plentiful, chicken was juicy. Rolls with just fish were ok. The spicy tuna, spicy salmon, spicy kani rolls were greasy! They had so much tempura crumbs in there it was just gross. IMO it's not a great restaurant when they have to use tempura crumbs filler in their food. Speaking of tempura crumbs, the spicy kani salad was not very spicy (not a big deal) but it was covered in a thick layer of tempura crumbs.
