I don't know where they get their tuna and salmon from but it is the best I've had in Colorado, by a lot. 16.00 for a 3 roll lunch with salad and soup is the best deal going. Amazing sushi and great service.

When my wife and I go to eat out, it's almost always for sushi. This has become our go-to sushi restaurant. The fish is fresh, the rolls amazing and the presentation is spot on.The service is attentive and welcoming. We always feel like family when eating there.We couldn't recommend Nina Sushi more highly.

I’ve been going to Sushi Mango here in Highlands Ranch for years but it go a little pricey since COVID. I didn’t even know Ninja Sushi existed, apparently it’s been there for about a year. I was a little skeptical on quality just because of the price. $14.95 for 3 rolls, a salad and miso is a great deal and extremely hard to find. I was pleasantly surprised- the quality was great and the rolls were super full (you know how a lot of places just give you mostly rice). The service was very good and the place was clean.

Beware if you order Wagyu noodles. I understand that wagyu is expensive, but there were literally 6 tiny pieces for $18. I like this place so called to complain and they said that it is portioned that way and would not adjust. Giving 2 star instead of 1 only because sushi was decent
