We visit Nishiki regularly and are always blown away by the experience. The staff is incredibly attentive—so kind, thoughtful, and welcoming to our whole family. This is our sushi place. We drive hour and a half to eat here. If you’re looking for great sushi, nice atmosphere and warm friendly service this is a must. Oh, and great saki flight!

I usually prefer when the lighting is more dim, but the decorations made up for it. The tonkotsu ramen was okay, wasn’t all that fantastic compared to other restaurants. Nebeyaki Udon (I think that’s what is called) was really disappointing. The broth by itself was okay but with the udon and vegetables, it really tasted like nothing. The best comparison I could make is to water. The chicken tasted boiled, vegetables boiled, everything boiled. Felt weird eating a half cooked egg on the udon knowing it wasn’t ramen but I understand it’s normal to put runny eggs on soups in Japanese cuisine. Tempura was good and so was sushi. The other dishes were nothing amazing but the sushi is definitely the star of the show in this restaurant.

I have going to this little gem for years. Every time I go, everything is so fresh and delicious. The servers and owner has come to know myself and my family and have always been so kind. Such a delicious spot and best of all it has never lost its spark ♥️
