First time here and immediately fell in love! With everything! The service was kind, genuine and quick. The atmosphere is intimate, clean and modern. And, of course, the food! Just fantastic! The best bang-for-the-buck in my opinion. $10 for a blue crab roll stuffed with real crab and not overly coated in rice is a great deal to me! We tried a few apps, rolls and nigiri as well as some sake. They have a good selection for anyone’s needs. The fried tuna appetizer is a must! Got to try the wagyu, lobster and blue crab nigiri. $8 for one piece isn’t cheap but it is a fair price for how truly delicious each one was! If you just came here for a few rolls and a soda, you wouldn’t have to spend much to get a great quality and delicious meal. This has now become my go-to place for sushi! I used to go to sushi sasa because I enjoyed the quality for the dollar ratio but they closed! So this place is just as good if not better and I will be a regular here!
Apr 07, 2025 · Kyle’s KineticsCute little place that serves delicious sushi. Our regular place in Denver closed and happy to call this our new gem. Fresh fish, good assortment of flavors and the staff is attentive !
Apr 09, 2025 · Anita IvanovaAbsolutely phenomenal sushi. We went for happy hour and got soooo much stuff, great maki selection at lower prices. The nigiri is legitimately some of the best I’ve had in my life, and I’ve had a lot of sushi (mostly in LA). So fresh & delicious. Great large portions for spicy edamame and the cucumber salad was so yummy too. 10/10 recommend.
Apr 17, 2025 · RachelUnreal how good the sushi is! Phenomenal salmon, and the scallop nigiri was one of the best pieces of sushi I've ever had. Staff was wonderful and had great suggestions. Denver has many well known and excellent sushi places, but this one tops the list for me!
Mar 13, 2025 · Lauren DobbinsI heard about this place thru Tik Tok of course!! I was looking for a new place to try out for dinner to meet some friends and I am so glad we did! We were going to go to Sushi Den again but I confessed to them how I don’t think it’s that great of a place just pricey and I have been there before (were talking 10 years or so ago) and recently with in the last two years (2023&2024) with them and my BF. So they let me choose and I did! I got all ideas of what to order as well from tik tok and going thru the reviews so, THANK YOU to those who took the time and put in the effort to name the dishes, share your opinion and experience as well as pictures. I ordered a Lychee Martini and a Pineapple Jalapeño margarita. I enjoyed the Lychee cocktail more. For appetizers we ordered the Miso soup, house salad, crispy spicy tuna, Shumai (from the happy hour menu) and pork gyoza. For sushi we ordered the salmon maki (from the happy hour menu), Sake Toro nigiri, Tejon roll, 2 shrimp tempura rolls, and a California roll. I had everything but the last roll I mentioned, the gyoza and house salad. I loved the soup- best one I have had in a while perfect balance in seasonings. The Shumai was fried and I preferred steamed but it was still flavorful with the sauce it’s served with and it comes with 8 pcs! I have never tried the Crispy Spicy tuna anywhere that I can recall and that was my favorite for a min. Then it changed to the Sake Toro Nigiri, I completely adored the size of it, the presentation, the taste and texture. The spicy salmon maki was so simple and so tasty. I think I’m going to have to say the Tejon roll was my favorite. The salmon on top did it for me lol. We never checked if we got charged happy hour prices for the 2 items as we selected them from the paper not ordered them more specifically from the happy hour menu but I don’t mind because I enjoyed everything and eventually (next day) ate all that I ordered. I cannot wait to come back. As far north as I live- I will go down to that neighborhood for Nozomi.
