Oishi Village

Sushi restaurant, Restaurant ★4.0

199 2nd Ave, New York, NY 10003, USA

4.0
We went there for lunch $16 all you can eat. You would have an ipad to order food. Lunch doesn't have sashimi though. Personally think the choices are not as many as other places with same price. However the food quality is good, fresh sushi, good hot scallops fried rice. They make the food when u order, so it might come a little bit slow. Overall, we still like it. - Tally Pun

  • Diverse Menu Beyond Sushi: The AYCE option is not limited to just sushi and rolls. It also includes soups, salads, tempura, teriyaki, and other hot kitchen dishes, offering a wide variety to satisfy different cravings and preferences. Promotions or Special Offers

Oishi Village's most prominent "promotion" is its celebrated All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) menu, which essentially functions as a continuous special offer for New Yorkers seeking value and variety.

  • All-You-Can-Eat Lunch: Typically available at a more affordable price point, for example, around $16-$20 (prices can vary and should be confirmed directly with the restaurant), offering a selection of sushi rolls, nigiri (without sashimi), appetizers, and hot dishes.
  • All-You-Can-Eat Dinner: Priced slightly higher than lunch, the dinner AYCE menu usually includes a broader selection, potentially featuring sashimi or more premium items, along with all the options available for lunch.

These AYCE options inherently provide a significant value, allowing diners to sample a wide array of fresh sushi and hot Japanese cuisine for a fixed price, making it an attractive option for groups or those with a big appetite.

While explicit, time-limited "promotions" like coupons or seasonal discounts are not consistently highlighted in public reviews, New Yorkers interested in the best deals should:

  • Check their Official Website: The restaurant's official website or direct online ordering portal (if available) is the best source for current pricing on their AYCE menus for both lunch and dinner.
  • Look on Third-Party Delivery Apps: Platforms like Seamless, DoorDash, or Uber Eats sometimes feature introductory offers or seasonal discounts from restaurants they partner with, so it's worth checking these apps.
  • Inquire Directly: A quick call to the restaurant at (212) 683-2271 can confirm the latest AYCE prices and any ongoing specials they might have.

The core attraction of Oishi Village remains its consistent delivery of a satisfying and fresh all-you-can-eat Japanese dining experience, providing excellent value for money in a city known for its often-high dining costs.
