I ordered online and went to pick up my food a short while ago. I'm not sure if the bald headed, short Asian man with the black glasses at the front desk is just the cashier or is the manager, but when I went to pick up my food, he was impolite and abrupt with me. He asked me my name, which I gave to him. When he looked through the bags of to-go orders, he picked up my bag and thrusted it in front of my face. He treated me with disregard. I thanked him for the food and I told him to have a good day. He just ignored me. Everyone should be treated with respect when they are spending money in an establishment since the establishment only exists because of the customers. Fortunately for him, I wasn't there on business on an inspection-related capacity.The food itself wasn't good despite the positive reviews. I ordered the Golden Dream Roll with brown rice. It was very cold, like it came out of the refrigerator, and it crumbled when I picked it up with my chopsticks. That was frustrating. I came to the restaurant because it was recommended due to the positive reviews; however, I won't be returning for food.

Service was great. Atmosphere was lovely. The sushi was excellent with the exception of the one roll with shrimp tempura (all other rolls were uncooked). Quite honestly, the tempura tasted like it was fried in old, reused oil. Ruined what would have been a 5-Star rating.

Great local spot for habachi or to dine. Good spot for large groups to dine. Food is prepped well and very tasty but my low rating is due to service. During our visit service was a bit slow leading to some of the food not being hot when served. The waitress was not friendly (although I saw others very friendly). I would recommend this place based on food but caution on service. I would try again to rule out bad night for service.

Went for a hibachi lunch on a rainy weekday; definitely did not disappoint! We were the only guests in the restaurant at the time, and received all star service! Felt like a VIP from the attentiveness of the staff to the attention and fun experience of the Hibachi chef! Sushi appetizer was delicious as well!
