Amazing value for the price. We opted for the lunch omakase and some sake. Everything was great. The taste may be not as refined as the higher end options but all in all, we enjoyed our course. Special thanks to the chef for being friendly and welcoming!

Mar 16, 2025 · Wing HatchA hidden gem for omakase on the UES—delicious, engaging, and incredibly well-priced. For just $65, we enjoyed two standout appetizers, a 10-piece nigiri selection, miso soup, and dessert—an unbeatable deal. We walked in around 8:30 PM without a reservation and were seated right away. The chef was warm and interactive, adding to the experience. The signature appetizers were exceptional. The A5 wagyu topped with salmon roe and uni was rich and indulgent, while the salmon sashimi was fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. Every piece of sushi was high quality and thoughtfully prepared. We had a fantastic time and I highly recommend it. I’m already looking forward to coming back for their lunch special!

May 28, 2025 · Frank KoranNice and stylish place with very attentive service and great quality omakase experience, with all the ingredients incredibly fresh and perfectly balanced; also an extensive drinks menu which includes some rather rare things like shochu and Japanese beers (Coed Beniaka, brewed with sweet potato, was quite a treat).
