Origami Restaurant Reviews
We stopped at Origami for an early dinner. Their rolls were fresh and tasty! Miso soup was kind of okay. The outdoor area looks very nice but we sat inside because it was a hot day. It would probably be fun to sit at the bar and watch the sushi chefs work. Their staff is kind and helpful. I thought the service was quite fast too which was great because we were starving!
Apr 30, 2025 · TaraI had the chirashi lunch, and it was fabulous. Really generous amount of sashimi and rice. Loved the iced green tea, and was glad to get a refill.
May 24, 2025 · Lisa HeilbronnThis restaurant exceeded our expectations in every way - I highly recommend giving it a try and experiencing it for yourself.
Apr 18, 2025 · Ricky J. StantonMy father purchased a gift card online on their website for 75$ to give me for Christmas. Came into eat, and they refused to accept my gift card. Turns out they only accept these cards for online takeout orders, however that is not stated anywhere online. Who gets a gift card just to order takeout. The waitress told me this has been a reoccurring issue. Feels like they need to state the terms of their gift card, or maybe accept their own gift card. I feel like I got scammed. I am a college student, that cannot normally afford to go out and eat, and intended to pay with the giftcard. Now I can't afford groceries for the rest of the month. Also they didn’t bring us all the food we ordered. The service was also super slow, and our waitress kept walking past and ignoring our table.
Apr 17, 2025 · Annabelle OgdenThis is my go-to spot for sushi in the city. While there are several more premium options for sushi, they come with premium price tags. None of them hold a candle to Origami in terms of value. The menu here is extensive, so it will be easy to find something for everyone in your party. The rolls are pretty standard, but all are good. Their nigiri in particular stands out for being excellent yet being almost half the price of some of the other more hyped sushi locations in the city. Their cocktails are great as well.
