We had the most amazing time last night with Corey Chang. He took us through how to harvest uni then how to make 3 hand rolls. We walked away belly and spirits filled. The class was informative and so mich fun. Corey was genuine, personable and so knowledgeable. Highly recommend for date nights or getting together with friend. It was a truly unique experience not to be missed.

The toro is fresh, with clear marbling and ample fat. The scallop was meaty and sweet. Though some pieces were repeats, the quality and varied garnishes made every piece enjoyable.The staff are polite and answered all my questions regarding options and how to order. I recommend sitting in Astor Place or Washington Square Park as there is no seating here.

Price being $50 for a plate for 2 (what’s shown in photo) is acceptable.They apparently take last order 30min before closing. I’m quite intrigued by the sushi classes - haven’t attended because I wonder what justifies the price; if I go spend half a thousand for a sushi class for 2 I’ll update this review

They make sushi with sushi maker machine..but it’s tasty.Service is not that good honestly..Prices are reasonable…!!
