We were blown away by the Scottsdale location of this sushi place - in the best possible way! The prices were outrageously good, with sake available for just $3 a serving, which left us shocked and delighted. But what really impressed us was the food - it was incredibly delicious and we couldn't get enough. We're now completely obsessed and can't wait to come back for more!I highly recommend the Scottsdale location to anyone looking for an amazing sushi experience at an unbeatable price. We'll definitely be back!

Very poor experience on Christmas Day. To begin with the hostess rude sat us near kitchen. Requested her to move us she refused even though there were tables available. The tempura came out raw. Upon complaining the manager said the restaurant was at capacity and hence under cooked food served. We waited 45 minutes between our orders. I am questioning the hygiene of the restaurant after witnessing the filthiness constantly the kitchen door opening. The manager appeared again and said sorry and said he would not charge us. Spoilt our Christmas. I could and wanted to says a lot of things but did not want to create a scene and spoil it for others.

We ordered carryout for the whole family and was asked to arrive at a certain time to pickup our food. Upon arriving we were told by the hostess that the order was not ready and was told that it will be completed within 5 minutes. After several checking going back and forth inside the restaurant, the manager came with our bag and apologized and said that they’re busy. I told him if that were the case then adjust your timings not to have orders accepted online stating an earlier time becuase as you can see in my car I have a family and kids to feed. He then flashed a red card to me and I asked what was that and he said a free appetizer when you come and dine with us on your next visit. I refused to accept the free appetizer coupon as it wasn’t even close to the remedy anything towards the amount we had already paid to receive our late dinner and advised him that he needs to hire more staff in the kitchen if you’re that busy. He then walked off with nothing to say, not even a doing anything better than offering a dine-in only free appetizer coupon. Very sad and cheap and bad management is the only thing that I could think of. On top of everything else, they short our order and we ended up discovering that our hot meal was never in the bag, what a disaster! It’s sad to see that such a great place that had us ordering from for more than 20 years has lost their touch. RA needs better attention at this location. Take care of your customers the minute they walk in the door. Don’t make them wait around for an additional 25 minutes with family in the car. We’re not a food delivery service company. We are family and expected to be treated with the same respect we have always had for your establishment! Something has got to change and I sincerely hope it does for the best of RA to maintain their legacy of integrity, quality and service!!
