Ramen Hashi Reviews
Ramen Hashi was a regular go to spot when we lived in Vegas. It’s also conveniently located a few stores down from Gabi Coffee & Bakery. How convenient indeed. We’ve had our fair share of ramen spots we frequented in Vegas but I have to say that Ramen Hashi was one of our top 3 ramen spots. They do it to perfection. The broth, the noodles, the toppings. They keep it simple and they do it well. No bells and whistles. Just ramen and a few quality toppings and call it a day.I had the Tan Tan Men ramen most recently. It’s got a spicy kick with a little creaminess to the broth. Simple toppings of chashu pork, egg, corn, scallions and ramen. Done and done. Perfection! The space itself is also very simplistic. Sometimes we would sit at the ramen counter to watch them make our food. Or we sit at the tables.I love that they will torch the chashu pork with a lovely char and grill. So good. Love the space and food. Service is good and they take care of you. I love Ramen Hashi and it’s another spot we continue to pitch to anyone visiting Vegas and looking for good ramen. Conveniently located in Chinatown and about 10-15 minutes from The Strip.
Apr 24, 2025 · Terri E.Excellent broth (chicken based) light and full of flavor. Noodles were thin and plentiful. I added the pork belly and sea weed. One of the best ramen restaurants in the Las Vegas Valley.
Feb 04, 2025 · t. gasparRamen Hashi serves an excellent bowl of ramen, standing out for its high-quality ingredients and well-balanced flavors. The menu is limited, which might disappoint those looking for variety, but what they offer, they do exceptionally well. The location is convenient—centrally located and not in a high-traffic area—but parking can be an issue. When I arrived at 6:00 PM on a Wednesday, the lot was already full. Inside, the setup features a long bar with plenty of seating, but only a handful of tables, including just one that accommodates a party of four. The atmosphere was just so-so. It’s functional and clean, but it lacks the warmth or charm that might make it a more inviting spot for social gatherings. Combined with the limited seating options, it’s not an ideal venue for meeting friends, as I did during my visit.Pricing is reasonable, starting around $12 for a bowl of ramen, which is standard for today’s dining scene. The service was fine—efficient but nothing particularly memorable. In summary, Ramen Hashi is a great choice for a quick solo lunch or a low-key dining experience, thanks to its fantastic ramen. However, the atmosphere and seating limitations make it less appealing for group outings. I’ll definitely return for the food but with more realistic expectations about the overall experience.Original Review: December 2024FOUR STARS(Excellent) Superior. Dec 19, 2024 · BradleyOne of the best ramen spots I’ve tried here in Vegas.I had the Shio Original Ramen with extra noodles, and it did not disappoint. The broth was incredible! It was light yet flavorful. The pork was tender and the tamago was cooked perfectly. Adding the extra noodles was definitely a great move, as the regular portion wasn’t quite enough for me. One of my friends ordered the Chashu Don, and it was delicious! I’m definitely thinking of ordering that next time.I was really surprised and a bit disappointed to see that they don’t offer any appetizers. I’m used to having one with my ramen. Even just a couple of options would have been great. The space is small, with a few tables, but there’s also a bar area facing the kitchen, where you can watch them prepare the food. The vibe was mellow and pleasant. Prices were fair, the place was clean, and customer service was decent.
Dec 14, 2024 · Saza CruzI tried the clear soup first and liked it a lot so I decided to give the thick soup a try too and didn't like it quite as much. Overall good
