Ramen Hashi

5808 Spring Mountain Rd #109, Las Vegas, NV 89146, USA

4.0
Ramen Hashi was a regular go to spot when we lived in Vegas. It’s also conveniently located a few stores down from Gabi Coffee & Bakery. How convenient indeed. We’ve had our fair share of ramen spots we frequented in Vegas but I have to say that Ramen Hashi was one of our top 3 ramen spots. They do it to perfection. The broth, the noodles, the toppings. They keep it simple and they do it well. No bells and whistles. Just ramen and a few quality toppings and call it a day.I had the Tan Tan Men ramen most recently. It’s got a spicy kick with a little creaminess to the broth. Simple toppings of chashu pork, egg, corn, scallions and ramen. Done and done. Perfection! The space itself is also very simplistic. Sometimes we would sit at the ramen counter to watch them make our food. Or we sit at the tables.I love that they will torch the chashu pork with a lovely char and grill. So good. Love the space and food. Service is good and they take care of you. I love Ramen Hashi and it’s another spot we continue to pitch to anyone visiting Vegas and looking for good ramen. Conveniently located in Chinatown and about 10-15 minutes from The Strip. - Terri E.
