The menu offers a fantastic variety of options, from classic pork and chicken-based broths to an impressive array of vegan and vegetarian choices, ensuring that everyone can find something to love. This dedication to authenticity and inclusivity makes Ramen Ray a true gem in the Indianapolis culinary scene.

When you're looking for a ramen experience that goes beyond the ordinary, Ramen Ray is a clear choice. The most compelling reason to visit is the sheer quality and authenticity of their food. The Black Garlic Tonkotsu, for example, is a fan favorite, celebrated for its rich and creamy tonkotsu broth infused with aromatic black garlic oil. The Spicy Miso Ramen is another must-try, offering a perfect balance of nutty, savory, and spicy flavors that provide a deeply satisfying warmth, especially on a cold Indiana day. The noodles, which are medium-thick and curly, are designed to perfectly hold the broth, creating a balanced and delightful bite every time.

February 04 · Chrissie TranThe only authentic ramen in town. Noodle is very supple and broth is tasty. Its smoked pork belly is amazing. The lady at the front was amazing, she even took a picture for us!
