- Delivery Platform Specials: Like many restaurants, Ramen Wasabi may occasionally participate in promotions offered by their delivery partners (e.g., Uber Eats, Grubhub). These could include percentage-off discounts on orders over a certain amount, or free delivery for a limited time. Ramen Wasabi - Logan Square Reviews
Been to Ramen Wasabi at least 4 times and every time it’s a hit. The service is great when slow or when busy. The atmosphere is very cozy warm vibes. It’s kid friendly. They have bar seats, booth seats, tables, and a large table in the middle for a big group. My go to ramen choices are the Hakata Red and the Spicy Roasted Garlic Miso. Both are so delicious but if I had to choose, the Spicy Roasted Garlic Miso is my favorite. You can tell from the depth in the flavors of the broth how long it must’ve taken to make. For appetizers, I’d recommend the Tokyo Spicy Wings with the Pork Belly Buns. What I love about the wings is the amount of sauce they have and how crispy they are. The pork belly buns on their own are good but if you dip them in the wing’s sauce they get better! I wish they came with more though it’s 2 per order.Lots of drink options including Sake.Parking is a little difficult to find. They have minimal parking on Maplewood and paid parking too on Milwaukee.Overall, if you want good ramen try them out you won’t regret it.
Mar 15, 2025 · Karen ReynaThe spicy garlic miso is outrageously good! I don’t even eat pork but this is the one spot that I have to let those boundaries dissolve at.The pork bone broth is cooked for 45hrs and is so incredibly rich and creamy. I highly recommend the spicy garlic miso since it adds even more depth to the dish which creates a phenomenal umami taste. I personally don’t like the bamboo shoots so I choose to ask them to take them out.For appetizers I recommend a order of the pork buns with a glass of Sapporo beer and a order of karaage chicken with the spicy mayo and I recommend squeezing the lemon that comes on the side IN the spicy mayo sauce.
Mar 07, 2025 · Alex EdissonThe food is very very good. It is a smaller place, and a lot of people come and eat here so the service is a little slower than other places but the food is delicious. Can’t wait to go back again. The Tokyo Classic Shoyu ramen is very very good, it is not spicy and the taste is so clean and delicious. The Spicy Roasted Garlic Miso ramen is DELICIOUS. It is spicy, but the taste is just amazing.
Apr 10, 2025 · Ana ImThis is hands down the best ramen place in Chicago. Their broth is a true work of art.I used to go to their sister restaurant, Ramen Takeya in the West Loop, but since it closed, I now come to Wasabi Ramen. Honestly, I think their ramen is even tastier than some I’ve had in Japan. They manage to hit all the essential elements that make traditional slow-cooked ramen so special.I love all of their ramen options, but the Tokyo Shoyu is my favorite. When you sip the broth, you’re first greeted by a crisp, vivid soy sauce flavor, followed by a rich umami finish—likely from bonito broth( I guess) . The pork belly is beautifully cooked, and the vegetables add a comforting depth. The staff are kind and polite, though a bit slow to notice customers at times, even with a good number of people working the floor. Still, the food is so solid that I definitely recommend it.
