Ringo Curry Reviews
This was my first time trying Japanese curry, and this spot did not disappoint! The Katsu fry was perfectly crunchy with a juicy moist bite on both the chicken and the pork. Had the spice level 2 for the curry, and even though it's a lower level, it still had some kick. The egg omelet over the rice was silky and added that perfect fattyness for the dish. Overall it felt like a comforting honestly soulful meal with a Japanese twist. Will definitely be coming here again!P.S. the large portion is good enough for two people to share.
Apr 17, 2025 · Roam & WanderEnjoyable curry experience! We got the katsu curry and level 2 spiciness. The pork cutlets were nice and crispy but I think they were slightly dry and not as moist as I'd like. The curry sauce itself was very flavorful and had the right amount of spice.Overall, I think this place is great as a regular go-to spot for casual curry in ID.
May 11, 2025 · Brennan LimWe had a wonderful experience here for our first time. Very recommended Kimchi nabe, fried calamari, chicken karaage , Pork shabu curry and pork cutlet curry! Will be back soon!!!!!
May 28, 2025 · Pattric PattTried the pork cutlet omelet rice and it was so fresh and delicious. Curry sauce has perfect amount of spice and they give you a fair amount. The prices are a bit steeper than other places with a add on combo (miso, salad and drink) for $7.75 so we opted out otherwise our meal would be $26+. Really hard to find parking in this area as well. Staff are friendly and attentive.
Mar 16, 2025 · Selena BWe had a wonderful experience here for our first time. The wait staff were very attentive and helped us decide what to order. I had the chicken cutlet curry with rice, only one star, but that was spicy enough. My friend had two star on his. I also had a matcha iced latte, which helped me with spicy food.Overall, it was a great meal, and I can't wait to return.
