This place is phenomenal. One of my favorite omakase experiences. Dinner came with 21 different pieces and a dessert. Some of the highlights include the Hokkaido uni with caviar, wagyu with shaved foie gras, Seabream, snapper, ocean trout and tuna belly. We loved every bite. You are given a price range of $109-$209 I believe and they tailor the menu for you. The portion of rice to fish was perfect and there is a large selection of sake and wine. You can do a sake tasting for $75 or get bottles and glasses. The service was great, an empty plate was almost never on our table and the meal came out well paced. Reservations can be made 6 weeks in advance via resy and the sushi bar is most popular. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful omakase experience.

At this price point , all bites should be amazing. I was full by the end but my husband wasn’t and had to go home and have a burger patty.Still good for first experience but for amazing experience would go back to the Menlo Park one
May 27, 2025 · Alex Zeusit’s rare for me to give 1 star reviews but i genuinely felt scammed at robin. posing itself as an inventive or modern omakase by adding random ingredients to a dish without any sense of flavor combinations, or flavor at all, the majority of the courses were bland or too salty. i have a small appetite but still left hungry due to the tiny fish portions, which never happens.service was fine but odd, servers were too casual and didn’t match the aesthetic they were going for.lastly, the meal was crazy expensive for no reason. you’re using supposedly high quality fish but watering it down with either pricy flavorless ingredients or loud spices.overall, robin is doing a disservice to omakase and those testing out fine dining for the first time. go elsewhere.
