Roman Ramen Reviews
Good selection of ramen and I loved the build your own opinion! My son enjoyed the classic tonkotsu bowl very much. The only minus point was the veggie soup was way too salty to eat. I ended up adding half a bottle of water to dilute the soup. But after dilution, everything was good again.
March 01 · Rui ZhuThis place is incredible. I got the 3 rivers, gyoza, and bao buns. Delicious is an understatement. It’s family owned and you definitely get that feeling, the owners are incredibly nice and friendly. I live in Atlanta and will definitely make that drive to come back
January 25 · Tyler GrantQuickly becoming a family favorite! They have kid friendly and gluten friendly options. Our kids pick it when dinner is up to them! Love the fun spin on bao!
January 17 · AimeeThe minute I walked in, I immediately felt this warm family atmosphere! Loved worship music on background!🙏🏻 I ordered Red Tonkotsu. Broth and toppings were excellent! Ramen was lacking some flavor. My favorite was marinated egg! I definitely want to come back and try everything else on the menu! Thank you for your warm and welcoming service!🙏🏻
September 22 · Vic GIf you are looking for authentic ramen, this is not your place. I got the tonkotsu red and I have some notes.1. The "jelly" egg aka softboiled egg was cooked well and had some level of marination which was good.2. The actual broth was waaaaaay off. While I understand it's supposed to be spicy, there was virtually no pork flavor at all and it was so overpowered by the spice (which just gave the taste of cheap Sriracha).3. The pork was tender and had a decent flavor but was dry in some spots which gave much more of a deli meat pork taste which was off putting.4. The noodles were on the overdone side but not bad.Overall if you are looking for a noodle bowl place it's ok, but a ramen place you need to go somewhere else. The staff was friendly and welcoming and I agree with all the other comments about helpfulness, but I won't be coming back. There are better options (perhaps not closer) that will give you a much better idea of what ramen should taste like and it will be cheaper.
