Apr 20, 2025 路 Julia P.I passed by this place a lot while running errands but never went inside. Yesterday I was craving sushi badly and did some research about places that aren鈥檛 in Manhattan. I was surprised to see this place pop up! I looked it up and realized I鈥檝e seen it before in person but I never tried it. I finally decided to give it a go. I ordered it online cause I wasn鈥檛 going to go outside. I got a few things. First, the Mango and Avocado sushi roll . It was edible but tasted better with the soy sauce. I really wanted to try the sweet potato sushi roll but I鈥檒l do that next time since I heard good things about that one. Now the Spicy Crab Roll was SENSATIONAL!! It doesn鈥檛 even need soy sauce. It was so good! Though I wish I order some spicy mayo on the side. But it鈥檚 so good and it has flavor. Idk if that鈥檚 actual crab or not but I enjoyed it and I鈥檓 definitely getting it again! I also got the taro bubble tea. Taro is my favorite bubble tea flavor so I was nervous to try this one but it did not disappoint! It鈥檚 sweet and refreshing. My mom got the coconut bubble tea and I tried it, was soo good and had a nice milky coconut consistency. Basically, I plan on eating food from here again. Next time I鈥檇 like to visit in person! 鈽猴笍
Jan 09, 2025 路 sanriosimI visited Sake II for the second time just before New Year. The Hostess was patient, explaining the difference between the lunch and dinner menu. One of the folks from the neighborhood stopped in to ask about how her kids were. That made me feel as if they were open with other guests too.I wound up ordering a Spicy White Tuna Roll, a Spicy Salmon Roll, and a Spicy Crunch, which were all well crafted and delicious.Family owned, community embraced, excellent food and service. Highly recommended!
Jan 02, 2025 路 Michael Wynter, Jr.I love Sake II for its authentic sushi and healthy Bubble Tea, crafted just for you in many flavors, including cappuccino and taro (purple yam or ube). My sibling sometimes would get spicy crab roll when she stops by for a quick bite. Taro is my go-to bubble tea drink, which is mostly cost-friendly compared to other bubble tea stores in the local area of Belmont. Also, they make the sushi right in front of you after ordering, so you can see the expertise from the sushi chefs. One thing also is that their miso soup has a warm feel to it. It tastes very good. So, It is good to say a quick hi and be nice to the Sake II employees. They deliver the best sushi, bento box, teriyaki and bubble tea Belmont has to offer. A month later, I bought spicy crab roll and mango avocado roll with Bubble Tea. It was wonderful eating sushi again in my local community.
Dec 10, 2024 路 Klein VisualsIt was an interesting call to make to fill a dinner fetish but not quite sure if their sushi was worth reordering. However, was pleasantly surprised to have found a place which offered some type of sushi. Overall the sushi was a tad pricey for it to be lukewarm and the brown rice rolls possessed little to no flavor. This delivery was handled by DoorDash and came pretty fast. Can't wait to try this establishment in person. Hopefully that would make the difference. Not sure if we've ever been to a sushi spot that served fried chicken wings and maybe next time we should follow our first instincts. Nevertheless, the fried wings had to be put in the airfryer and re-seasoned because they were quite greasy/under cooked.
