Sakura Japanese Steakhouse Reviews
Not that big of a menu but the food was bussin.Good if you're hungry.
Mar 14, 2025 · DanWorst Japanese food and terrible service. First, I had to call twice; I was put on hold immediately both times. I phoned from inside my work, and my GPS stated a 6-minute drive. I was on hold the entire time, and I walked in still on hold. The girl at the counter gave me a lot of excuses which were all very unprofessional. The place had 2 customers in it - that's it! After waiting 25-minutes for our food, it was of poor quality, if was small amounts, and it was not what we ordered. The Hibachi steak and shrimp wasn't Hibachi at all, just grilled. The Hibachi steak was little tid bits as if you were feeding a child bites or even your pet, and it was cooked medium-well instead of medium-rare. The rice was just steamed rice, no egg, nothing. The vegetables were only onions, and the salad was so chintzy it was pathetic. The Hibachi chicken also ordered was not hibachi, and they were miserly with the chicken. You could tell the food was of cheap and poor quality. They charged me the wrong prices as well. My friend and I will never go back, and I cannot recommend this place.
Mar 20, 2022 · Nadia BallardI got chicken and scallops. I saw the scallops and where burnt. I did not know it was cooked like that. And all I did was told them to make it less burnt. The owner said I returned food but that was during lunch and where closing in 15 minutes. It was because they forgot the zucchini and onions the first time. The other time the lettuce leaves in the salad was frozen and had ice on it. How is this my fault? Then the owner Nick wants to refuse me service because of this. Not nice at all. I might go to another Japanese restaurant instead that treats customers nicer. I thought I found a nice place to eat but I was wrong. I will go to another place that treats there customers nicer and does not threaten to refuse me service.
Jan 16, 2025 · Fina ZarzarMy family and I have been going here for years now but it's gotten so bad that I just had to write a review. We always get steak hibachi and when I went to get takeout like an hour ago, it took almost 45 minutes for my food to come out. When I got it home, it was cold. It was actually so disgusting that we couldn't finish it because of how bad it was. This place used to be good but I just can't recommend it at all
Dec 20, 2024 · akaneveFood was alright wasn't nothing to do flips about. Server was pleasant, another tables server was rude by stating "i hate to push you, but I need for you to go ahead and check out." Pushing custmers out. Servers talking about breaks... Not enough to choose from the menu. Over priced
