Highly recommend Samurai’s Cuisine to anyone in the Boro looking for a good hibachi grill! My family and I enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back. My husband is a big fan of hibachi restaurants so this one’s been on my list since moving to TN.We were seated right away when we arrived which was great because it was a Friday evening so I thought it might be packed. Our waitress was super attentive during our visit and quick to grab anything we needed. We also had a great hibachi chef for our dinner experience.One thing is that they sat two other groups with us and I thought it was a bit crowding for us but I get that they need to get as many people in. Just would have been nice to not feel so cramped.The food was great though! My husband and I ordered the crispy crab wontons and Gyoza for our appetizer. Both were good! The wontons could have had more filling. Gyoza was perfect!For our main course we got the Sea and land for 2 which included Filet mignon, shrimp and chicken. The portions are HUGE, I honestly feel like ours could have fed 4 people. It was a lot for just two people but it tasted delicious! The meat was very juicy and had lots of flavor. My husband and I both felt the yum yum sauce was very thin and watered down though.Overall had a great dinner experience and the food was amazing!

Enjoyed having dinner here the other night. Beautiful restaurant with amazing food. Our chef was too funny and very entertaining. Our waiter was extremely polite and thorough. I highly recommend the ribeye steak. My only issue would be that there is not enough room for people waiting to be seated. We had to stand near the bar and you could tell the waitstaff was annoyed by us being there.

When it comes to hibachi dining, Samurai Cuisine truly shines where it counts most—the food. From the moment the chef lit up the grill, it was clear we were in for a flavorful experience.The steak was cooked to perfection, tender with a slight char that gave every bite a satisfying depth. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, and the shrimp were fresh and expertly grilled—no rubbery texture here. The standout for me was the hibachi fried rice, rich with flavor, a touch of garlic, and just the right amount of sear from the grill. The grilled veggies added a nice balance, cooked to a perfect crisp-tender state.Unfortunately, the drinks didn’t match the quality of the meal. The cocktails tasted watered down and lacked the balance or punch you’d expect from a well-stocked hibachi bar. It wasn’t enough to ruin the night, but it was definitely a weak spot in an otherwise strong experience.

Sean, the bartender, was very helpful. Anything I requested, if he wasn't sure, he went out his way to find out. I told him I do reviews for Goggle, and he was like, walk around and see what you think. It's a large place with lots of options to sit. I never made it to the way back. Because from outside looking in, it's larger than it looks. But as soon as I walked in, the wall of wines caught my attention, how artistic . Then, where you place your to go order is at the main bar. It's very clever because if you're a drinker, it's tempting to go ahead and order a drink. I did a little walk through. I never went into a room . I wouldn't want a stranger snapping pics of me out of respect. But the sushi bar chefs were ok with me photographing them. It is a massive sushi bar with all kinds of fresh produce. Then, I started imagining what I would like to incorporate in my roles. My wants were fulfilled . So I told Sean I would mention his name and tip him well for allowing me to do what I want 💛💛💛💛. Try it all. I'm a sushi condoseur. I eat raw fish and squid types of food.
