I asked Gemini for the best Sushi in Snohomish County and it answered SanKai. Of the sushi places I have gone to, I would also concur.My one nitpick, and this is a nitpick, is that sitting at the sushi bar means your back is to the door. So when the door opens, you might feel the breeze. If it's winter, you might want to keep your jacket one throughout the meal. Not enough of a negative for me to deduct a point.

Specially with UNI, here in Seattle it is very difficult to find a GOOD uni. At Sankai you will have one of the best Uni. All the sushi it was absolutely amazing and the service was STELLAR.I highly recommend you this restaurant.
September 28 · Sofi SanchezThe BEST - freshest, most consistently perfect sushi, with lovely presentation - that we have found in ages.The service is wonderful - old school Japanese manners and hospitality, fast, attentive, and friendly.Our only regret/sadness/"complaint is that they don't open until 4:00.We have to make the 3:00-ish ferry; our visits are severely limited because of the hours they keep.We would make Sankai our dietary mainstay - if only they were open for lunch!
