Whether you're craving fresh sushi delivered right to your table, or an entertaining teppanyaki show, Sapporo has become a beloved spot in the local dining scene.
The enthusiasm from real customers truly highlights the appeal of Sapporo. One glowing review mentioned that their "friends recommended Sapporo for sushi" and they "had a fun time." They praised the "plentiful" choices on the conveyor belt, the "excellent" food, and "awesome" customer service, noting the "neat clean organized and trendy" interior. The reviewer also pointed out the presence of "teppan yaki on the other side" and a "bar with bar seating," indicating the diverse offerings. They were keen to "definitely return to try other dishes," concluding that "Prices are reasonable."
Another customer raved about the "Good sushi!" for lunch, specifically appreciating the clear labels on each plate on the conveyor, a feature often missing in similar establishments. At $3.25 per plate, they found it "perfect for someone who can't do an all you can eat type of situation," allowing them to "try lots of different things and didn't have to stuff myself." Rolls like the lobster roll, crunch roll, spicy garlic edamame, and dragon roll were all enjoyed, with the edamame being "super spicy to me but I loved them so dang much." The reviewer was particularly impressed by the "little automated carts above the conveyer belt that brought separately ordered rolls to tables" and the "screens on the table" for ordering and viewing dish descriptions, calling it "insanely helpful." This positive experience led them to declare, "I came home and told my husband we are definitely going to have to go back for dinner one day." These reviews collectively paint a picture of a restaurant that is not only fun and innovative but also delivers on quality, variety, and customer satisfaction, making it a true gem for locals in Las Vegas.
Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse & Revolving Sushi is conveniently located at 5760 Centennial Center Blvd #110, Las Vegas, NV 89149, USA. This address places it in the vibrant and growing Centennial Hills area of Northwest Las Vegas, making it a highly accessible dining destination for residents in that part of the valley and surrounding communities.
The restaurant's placement within a commercial center on Centennial Center Blvd ensures ease of access. Guests will find ample parking available in the surrounding lot, which is a significant advantage in Las Vegas. This convenience means that patrons can easily visit Sapporo without the stress of searching for a parking spot, whether they're planning a quick sushi lunch or a more elaborate teppanyaki dinner. Its location away from the bustling Strip also contributes to a more local and relaxed dining experience, yet it remains well-connected by major roads for those coming from other parts of the city. The clear signage and prominent position in the retail complex make it easy to find for both first-time visitors and returning regulars.
Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse & Revolving Sushi provides a multi-faceted dining experience with a range of services designed to cater to various preferences.
Revolving Sushi Bar (Kaiten Sushi): A central feature of the restaurant, offering a continuous parade of freshly prepared sushi plates on a conveyor belt. This allows diners to pick their desired dishes as they pass by, providing a fun and efficient way to enjoy a variety of sushi, rolls, and appetizers.
Teppanyaki Grill (Hibachi Steakhouse): Located on a separate side of the restaurant, the teppanyaki section offers a lively and interactive dining experience. Skilled chefs prepare meals, including various cuts of steak, seafood, and chicken, right in front of guests on a hot griddle, complete with culinary flair and entertainment.
A La Carte Menu Ordering: In addition to the revolving sushi, customers can order specific dishes directly from a digital menu (often via a tablet at the table). These custom orders are then delivered quickly, often via an automated conveyor system or express delivery carts, directly to the customer's table.
Full Bar Service: Sapporo features a bar area with seating, offering a selection of beverages including beer, wine, sake, and spirits to complement the Japanese cuisine.
Takeout: For those who prefer to enjoy their Japanese favorites at home, Sapporo offers convenient takeout services for a selection of their menu items.
Diverse Japanese Menu: Beyond sushi and teppanyaki, the menu includes a wide variety of Japanese dishes such as appetizers (e.g., Gyoza, Karaage, Edamame), ramen, udon, and other cooked entrees, ensuring options for all tastes.
Vegetarian Options: The restaurant offers various vegetarian choices within its sushi and appetizer selections, accommodating different dietary needs.
Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse & Revolving Sushi distinguishes itself in the Las Vegas dining scene through several unique features and highlights that enhance the customer experience.
Innovative Revolving Sushi System: The main draw for many is the high-tech revolving sushi conveyor belt. This isn't just about convenience; it adds an element of fun and discovery. Dishes are clearly labeled with descriptions, and additional orders can be placed via tabletop screens and delivered by automated carts, making the ordering process incredibly efficient and engaging.
Dual Dining Experience: Sapporo uniquely offers both a revolving sushi bar and a traditional Teppanyaki Grill (Hibachi) within the same establishment. This versatility means diners can choose between an interactive, entertaining show on the teppanyaki side or a relaxed, self-paced sushi experience, catering to different preferences and occasions.
Quality and Variety of Sushi: Customers consistently praise the "excellent" and "Good sushi." The conveyor belt offers a "plentiful" selection, including popular rolls like Lobster Roll, Crunch Roll, Spicy Garlic Edamame, and Dragon Roll. This allows guests to try many different items without committing to large portions, ideal for those who "can't do an all you can eat type of situation."
Reasonable Pricing: Despite the high quality and innovative service, prices are noted as "reasonable." With individual sushi plates starting at accessible price points (e.g., $3.25 per plate as mentioned in a review), it offers great value, particularly compared to other Japanese dining experiences in Las Vegas.
Trendy, Clean, and Organized Interior: The restaurant's ambiance is described as "neat clean organized and trendy," creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for dining. The well-maintained space adds to the overall positive experience.
Exceptional Customer Service: Reviewers highlight "awesome" customer service. The staff is attentive and helpful, ensuring that the dining experience is smooth and enjoyable, whether you're selecting from the conveyor or placing a custom order.
Automated Order Delivery: The "little automated carts above the conveyer belt that brought separately ordered rolls to tables" are a futuristic and efficient touch, adding to the novelty and speed of service for off-belt orders.
Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse & Revolving Sushi is known for offering compelling value, particularly through its innovative pricing model and potential happy hour specials.
Competitive Plate Pricing: Unlike traditional all-you-can-eat sushi, Sapporo's revolving sushi operates on a per-plate pricing model (e.g., $3.25 per plate as mentioned in reviews). This allows diners to control their spending and try a variety of dishes without over-committing, essentially acting as a flexible "special offer" for those who don't want an AYCE quantity.
Happy Hour Specials: Sapporo has been known to offer happy hour promotions, particularly at its other Las Vegas locations. A notable example from a past promotion at their Town Square location was a "$2 Sushi Happy Hour from 4 PM to 6 PM daily," where any sushi from the conveyor belt was just $2 per plate. While this specific offer needs to be confirmed for the Centennial Center Blvd location and current timings, it indicates a pattern of value-driven promotions.
Buy One Get One Free Rolls: Some online menus show "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" offers on select special rolls like Rainbow and Banzai, indicating potential ongoing deals or rotating promotions.
Given the dynamic nature of specials, for the most accurate and up-to-date information on any current promotions, happy hour timings, or specific deals at Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse & Revolving Sushi on Centennial Center Blvd, it is highly recommended to check their official website, their social media channels, or call the restaurant directly. These are the best sources for current offerings, as promotions can vary by location and time.

Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse & Revolving Sushi Reviews
Our friends recommended Sapporo for sushi. Dishes are on conveyor to choose your selections. Signs on conveyor gives you detail of the dishes. If you order from the menu your plate is conveyed to your table. We had a fun time. The choices were plentiful. The food was excellent. Customer service was awesome. The interior is neat clean organized and trendy. They have teppan yaki on the other side. They have a bar with bar seating. We will definitely return to try other dishes. Prices are reasonable.
May 25 · L. ConsoliGood sushi! My sister suggested here for lunch while we were out shopping. We came in about 15 min after they opened the Thursday after Xmas. We were seated right away, but the place definitely started to get more people as we were eating. We ordered our drinks and away we went! What I liked about this place is that there are clear labels for what each plate is. I've been to places that had no labels for anything. It was $3.25 per plate, and we got about 7 plates.I had plates with the lobster roll, crunch roll, spicy garlic edamame, and dragon roll. A place like this is perfect for someone who can't do an all you can eat type of situation. I got to try lots of different things and didn't have to stuff myself. The rolls were really good and the edamame was super spicy to me but I loved them so dang much. They even had little autmated carts above the conveyer belt that brought separately ordered rolls to tables. There were screens on the table, and you can find a roll and order it or hit the info button and see a description of the roll, which is insanely helpful. I came home and told my husband we are definitely going to have to go back for dinner one day.
December 28 · Ericka SUPDATE: I've visited this restaurant several more times since I posted my original review and my rating still remains the same. I did, however, notice that this business removed the partitions in between the booths. Although it doesn't change the food quality, it did take away from the overall privacy. I've attached new photos to this review as well. I still recommend this restaurant to everyone.----------------------------------------I think my family and I have eaten here about 6 times now and I don't foresee us stopping anytime soon. Aside from constantly trying new sushi restaurants around the valley, we seem to come back here often because of the food quality, exceptional service, and close proximity to our residence. My daughter loves salmon and eel and she enjoyed all the rolls and nigiri they served here with those items. I, on the other hand, love ahi tuna and don't get into all those fancy shmancy sushi. For the tuna, I don't ever recall getting a bad tasting 🐟. Typically, I just get the tuna nigiri, spicy tuna roll, and that special garlic tuna - I love them all. As mentioned earlier, the food quality and service overall was and continuously seems to be outstanding here - we never had a bad experience here. Note to customers: If you get the chance, order the pork bao bun...I think I could brush my teeth with that entree. Ok, maybe not that drastic but it was damn good!! Thanks, Sapporo for the continuous great food and service!!
May 22 · Dallas MSolid conveyor belt sushi restaurant with plenty of options, however, for a lot of the specialty rolls, you have to order from the menu. The service is good, but you definitely feel like you're on your own after the initial drink order, just based on the logistics with the self-service vibe.Great atmosphere with good music, lots of seating, and the seating is sectioned off nicely so it's not too noisy.
December 21 · Aileen P.I got three different special rolls for lunch, I’m definitely impressed. I got it delivered by DoorDash. I’ll definitely be ordering again. The fish didn’t taste fishy (iykyk). The ingredients worked well together and I liked that the eel sauce and ponzu came separately. (Just make sure you know which rolls it goes on top of). I got the Kanto, Sexy girl and the TNT. I love tuna! Yum
