Sarku Japan Reviews
Visited here for a one week training and decided to head over to the food court on base. There are several options to choose from but Sarku Japan really caught my attention but the portion sizes, variety and affordable prices. I had the beef and Shrimp Bento Box with fried rice one day and the next day the beef bento box salad. We would certainly recommend and will definitely return. The food is cooked to order and everything is very fresh and well seasoned.
March 29 · Ms NatalieThe chief name Bin is so rude. He tries to argue with customers. I saw him had an attitude with another customer before me. I asked him for a dark sauce. I did not know what it name. I said maybe "sweet and sour sauce". Its teriyaky sauce actually. He showed the sweet and sour sauce. I told him not that one, Maybe another one. I told him I am not sure if it call sweet and Sour sauce but it looked dark. He told me this is sweet and sour sauce, nothing else, with an attitude. I went to the other side of the counter to ask the other staff about the sauce and she gave me the sauce I want.He started yelling at me. "Thats teriyaki, not sweet and sour" very loud with the attitude. Why it so hard when a customer ask for help? If a customer dont know a name of a sauce, that is not a big deal. In stead of offering for help with other sauces they have. He showed attitude. He ran to my table to show me his name tag and told me not to forget his name. Seriously? He also asked for my name and took my pic without my permission. I never seen someone done customer service with that terrible attitude. I will never come back this store again. Terrible customer service
March 24 · Harris TranThe taste of food was missing. Thankful for soy sauce, but the steak was very bland. I ordered fried rice and received white rice, but honestly, between the fried rice we did get for kids, there was no difference whatsoever. They are quick to push food out, and it is large portions. Sushi rolls are small.
December 27 · Justin BroadwaterWe had lunch at Sarku Japan several times and really enjoyed everything. We had the Chicken and Beef Teriyaki over fried rice with salad and Shrimp Bento Box with fried rice, salad and pot stickers. We would certainly recommend and will definitely return. The food (meat) is cooked to order and everything is very fresh and well seasoned.
June 02 · Vi CulbreathSo good! I love sarku Japan their chicken is so delicious!
