Plump, perfectly cooked shrimp with just the right amount of seasoning, paired with the fried rice that is delicate yet satisfying. The rice has a delightful smokiness, and every forkful feels like a comforting embrace. Sarku Japan is the medicine nay the cure to any sorrow or impairment. The workers although quite never fail to make me feel loved. Their mysterious presence aids the soul. Their smiles make me feel loved like a mother’s embrace. Sarku Japan you’ve done it again.
Nov 16, 2024 · SophieIf you have any dietary restrictions, do not go to this location. I went back back-and-forth with one of the employees for 10 minutes, I believe was a manager, about taking The teriyaki chicken without the sauce. I made it very clear that the people that I was giving this food to had dietary restrictions, but the manager did not budge. Overall, he just had a very asshole, don’t feel like it attitude, and he overall, just refused service over a dietary restriction. Horrible service would not come back here again.
May 08, 2025 · Jayden ClaytonOn a Thu evening (Oct 2022), the mall was so empty. They had 3 employees staffed (seemed to be over staffed) with one employee just handing out at the front of the store wiping the counters. There were very few customers at the whole food court . I hope they get most business on weekends otherwise I don't see how a business can survive with 3 staff and barely any customers. Current price for the Chicken Teriyaki special is at $8.69 (the box size was much smaller than years ago). Good food, quick service. Will return!
Nov 12, 2022 · Jason LinThis location has gone way downhill in service over the past few years. I was a loyal customer until today.I had completed a frequent guest card recently and used it today to get the free Chicken Teriyaki meal. The cashier charged me $3.75 for a bottle of water, which is supposed to be part of the meal (see pic). When I pointed at the picture and said it's supposed to be included, she said she would have to get the manager. The manager then refused to include the drink and even refused give me a cup of water. He also said it would cost extra for fried rice instead of white rice. Then he argued with me about charging extra for sauce on the chicken. I was like, how much are the chopsticks? Rude way to treat a loyal customer. I won't be back. Too many other choices in Perimeter Mall.
Sep 22, 2022 · Mark MichelsonWell it did not seem quite as good as in the past. The sauce was clear and not as flavorful as previous visits. The veges and chicken seemed well cooked and tasty. Perhaps they will get the sauce thing sorted out. So a pretty decent visit. I am stuffed like a pig and got change back. With a soft drink it was under 9 bucks so a pretty decent deal.
