This is a food stall in the Bazaar food hall, and such everything you buy has a premium added to it. They charge $20 (pre-tax and tip)for the spicy tonkatsu ramen (forefront in the picture). It came with ONE very thin, almost deli style, slice of "chasu". It only brought half an egg, which was hard boiled and not marinated. I asked for no mushroom but the soup, as you can see, come very plain. In the background of the picture, you can see the "large" bowl, which is not a larger bowl but same size with more fixings, a whole hard boiled egg, and a couple more slices of the pork.

Ordered 3 bowls and not even the guy serving them could tell them apart, so the spicy one (for an extra couple of bucks) was just to receive some spicy sauce on the side (no joke). Beyond sad presentation and it tasted like old reheated soup with expired broth. 3 bowls and bao buns plus 20% tip for $85 bucks, not worth the price and honestly would not even re-try if it was free (yes, it was that bad).

The ramen I ordered was one of the worst I’ve ever had—cold, bland, and completely lacking the rich flavors I expected. To make matters worse, the ramen my wife ordered was just as bad, if not worse. For nearly $30 a bowl, we expected warm, satisfying meals, but instead, we left feeling like we completely wasted our money. I don’t think we’ll be returning anytime soon. Very disappointing!
