4.0
Shin Hollywood is one of my most favorite restaurants of all time. I live local and have been a customer for several years. Five stars every single time. The place has style, charm, grace - oh, and incredible sushi and ramen. The lovely owner, Tim, grew-up in Japan and is at the top of his game.My 'go to' dish is the Fire Ramen with tofu, mushrooms, spinach, avocado, plus optional extras such as fresh garlic, shredded ginger, cherry tomatoes and broccoli. Not forgetting the luscious green tea and spicy garlic edamame on the side.Don't hesitate, and don't be swayed by the small location. It's absolutely terrific and punches well above its weight. Awesome. - Paul Barron
