Overall 3⭐️⭐️⭐️..(**Note - 2 weeks later 05/26/2025 and not one person from management has reached out with so much as an apology ~ definitively the worse Mother’s Day dinner ~ would have been better to have just cooked at home.)Let me first start off with the service and atmosphere. Went today 05/11/2025 which is Mother’s Day. I was so hoping for a nice dinner and conversation hence going to a hibachi grill. Well when arrive and greeted by a lovely young lady and sat us within a minute of arriving. The table we were sat at had already ordered their drinks and were in the process of ordering their meals. This did not deter us as we already knew what we wanted to order so when the young lady came around to us, she politely asked us what we wanted to drink, and to give us a minute to look over the menu whereas we replied, we already know what we want so she took our order. I ordered combination, chicken and steak with steak cooked medium, and the young waitress even repeated the order and went on to take the rest of the group’s order.Now they cook comes out and proceeds to ask each individual regarding the order to confirm. When the cook got to me, he asked me chicken steak steak medium, and I replied yes medium and There were several of us in the group that ordered steak one ordered, I ordered medium and three others ordered medium well and I believe one ordered well. So as he’s gotten to the part where he cooks the steaks, he cooks the young ladies medium rare hands to then he proceeds to cook the other three the medium well and then I noticed he forgot me, cause I should’ve been after the medium rare well, there’s two steaks left the one that was supposed to be well done and mine. The one that was supposed to be medium Now at this point I already know that he’s over cooking my steak because my steak sitting there on the grill still cooking on one side he proceeds to put the steak on my plate, however by this time, I didn’t even really want the steak, but I went ahead and let him put the steak on my plate. As this was Mother’s Day, I didn’t want to cause too much of a fuss so I didn’t say anything now I didn’t eat it because it looked too overcooked. As far as the food taste all the food did taste good had good flavor. So will I be back to this restaurant, probably. I will give them a second chance, but that’s all I give a restaurant is a second chance. I was very disappointed in my Mother’s Day meal not being cooked to my specifications, even when the cook confirmed how I wanted my steak cooked.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow, and the server didn’t even greet me properly—just asked if I wanted something to drink. I ordered a roll with cream cheese and specifically asked for it to be added, but it arrived without it. When I asked about it, the response was indifferent, and instead of fixing the dish, they just brought me a plate with a few slices of cream cheese on the side.I only ate a little and asked for the rest to go because I lost my appetite. I actually like this place because the food is good, but the service this time was really poor.

The place is tiny and too loud, when you're eating they scare you easily for the show on the others tables. Don't get the spring rolls, VERY SMALL and it is like you're tasting just fried oil. The worst piña colada I ever tried!! Just ice, for sure they don't know how to make a piña colada.. and if you ask for shrimp as your protein, they don't give you the 2 appetizers shrimp that comes with your combo. And the salad is really small too! My plate was almost empty when it came to my table. The flavor of the food is good and the dressings too! But otherwise the amount you paid, isn't worth it

The staff was really welcoming and friendly. We went during the day for a work lunch and even though it was early the staff gave us great service. Everyone was very happy with their food orders, large orders and super tasty. The pit Chef was funny and and attentive. We all found it a great experience and reasonably priced.

Food is pretty bad, tempura is super oily, bentobox is not at all worth what you pay for, service is subpar, didn’t try live cooking but regular table dinner. My main problem is everything is under seasoned and just sweet, I don’t recommend it to anyone if they are looking for good Japanese.
