We ordered through Grub Hub, they forgot to send half of our order and were out of 1 item I ordered. When they called to tell me I spoke to 2-3 people before they could figure out what to offer me instead of cancelling my whole order. Customer service is a zero and the food was a 3.5. My 2 stars is generous.

My friend recommended we go here after much deliberation over where to go for a dinner reunion. My first time at Sono Bana and the experience was a memorable one. The waitresses and staff were so respectful and attentive. I got the sushi set (seaweed salad, two rolls, and 7 pcs of sushi/sashimi), while my friends got the dinner box special. The sushi tasted very fresh, and the presentation was solid. The only con about this place would be the parking, as it was pretty limited. Overall a great place to enjoy sushi and I will definitely be back (... with the bros of course)!
