May 27, 2025 · XinAmazing. Fresh. Loved the tuna sashimi and albacore belly. I did the “Don’t Think, Just Eat” and it was great but I would probably skip next time because I would keep to raw and sushi /sashimi. I could have done without the eel and hand rolls but everything was great.

Mar 08, 2025 · Casey MasonFirst time trying and came here for my birthday recommended by my brother. I ordered the “Don’t think, Just eat, trust me” omakase course menu which consists of several pieces of sushi, hand rolls, edamame and sashimi. The sushi and sashimi were extremely fresh and high quality. The sushi rice was warm and enjoyed the authentic sushi taste. My server was extremely accommodating and welcoming, explaining every single dish that came out. The ambiance is very quiet and I do wish they added more light since the restaurant was quite dark. Plus they have a no tipping policy!!Overall, wonderful experience and I would love to be back here again.
May 05, 2025 · David Jihoon ChoiSugarfish is hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had in my life. The quality of the fish is exceptional—every bite melts in your mouth. For a city like New York, the price is incredibly reasonable, especially considering the level of freshness and craftsmanship that goes into each piece. Plus, the tip is already included in the price, which makes the whole experience even more seamless. The interior is beautifully designed, creating a sleek yet inviting atmosphere. And the service? Absolutely top-notch. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and makes sure everything flows perfectly from start to finish. If you’re a sushi lover, this place is a must. Unbeatable quality, fair pricing, and an all-around incredible dining experience. Can’t wait to go back!
