Suki Hana Reviews
Great food and excellent service! After a not-so-great experience at another spot in the mall, I came here and I’m so glad I did. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. It made a big difference to be treated with respect and good energy. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!
May 16, 2025 · Rosy ValdesLooking to get something quick and fresh, I stumbled on Suki Hana Japanese in Pembroke Lakes Mall in the food court. I opted for their Teriyaki Chicken with vegetable fried rice and plantains and it was delicious. The chicken was extremely soft and the fried rice wasn’t over powering. I actually went again later in the week and got white rice and lo mein and of course some hot sauce.Customer service was friendly and better than expected and the grill cook was even nicer.Probably my favorite fast food place here in this mall for now. Highly recommended!
Aug 16, 2024 · Charles PrestonIf u could give zero stars I would. Suki Hana is under new management and has new staff. Management is rude and combative. I ordered two combos, one with chicken and shrimp with white rice and veggies and the other with chicken and shrimp with no vegetables, as well as a fountain soda and Jupina. The manager got my order wrong even though it was stated clearly, and then tried to blame the mistake on me. When I realized that the order without veggies was done as a chicken only combo incorrectly, the manager tried to upcharge me $3.95 for the difference of adding the shrimp when the difference between both orders was less than $1. When I objected, he claimed that the order without veggies was given extra chicken.....I never asked for that....I objected again and he stormed off and did not communicate to the change to the chef who could not speak English very well. I personally advised the chef a minimum of three times that I needed chicken and shrimp for both orders. He didn't understand until I went back to the cashier and she advised him. In total I waited approximately 15 minutes for the chef to complete a very simple order. It was not worth the wait. The rice was salty, the meat rubbery and not flavorful. That will be my last visit to Suki Hana. A complete waste of almost $30. A shame as it used to be my favourite eatery in the mall.
Apr 17, 2024 · Tricia BreretonLike the other reviews state new management food is not cooked fresh, stale, and sauceless. I can count in my sad plate 9 pieces of chicken but the bottom is filled with rice. The food is also even more expensive which I can’t mind if it was of the same quality, or even close to being cooked correctly. It feels like they put chicken on the grill unseasoned and started mixing it around and served right after. The noodles is precooked and not made fresh as before even the veggies does not exist anymore also premade. So the chicken, only thing made fresh is tasteless and doesn’t have a ounce of teriyaki sauce on it to define it as “teriyaki chicken with rice”. The employees not able to speak a word of english also doesn’t help in anyway to solve this issue. I had been going here since I was a child now 24 and this by far the worst change since will never be back. What a waste unfortunately.
Apr 21, 2024 · vcarieThis is the worst teriyaki chicken I have tasted it has NO FLAVOR . Don’t waste your time or money it’s not worth the price or quality they have down graded horribly. The rice has a different flavor, vegetables are soggy maybe new owner but it’s not good authentic anymore.
