SUKI HANA Reviews
You would think the VA location is just as good as the DE location right? Wrong 1st off portion size is trash that's not double double meat. 2nd the general tso chicken given was mixed with orange chicken. The lady hyped it up talking about "it's fresh coming from the back" lies. The food was horrible. I was so disappointed. I asked for a refund. After refusing and speaking a different language I asked "what are we going to do I don't like it" they gave me 'honey chicken' and pushed me off. Never again.DE Suki Hana in Christina Mall you are amazing and have great service. Sorry I looked for you somewhere else.
Mar 14, 2025 · JohnHonestly, I’m surprised by the bad reviews. I’m from Louisiana, and it taste pretty good to me, especially to say it’s mall food. I always get the general tso and Lomein. I pour their white sauce in my Lomein, and it be bussin’ to me. Now the shrimp fried rice needs some work on.
Apr 17, 2025 · Goddess A.My friend and I went to this place to eat and first they messed up her order then charged her 3 dollars extra cause they messed up and made her chicken when it was salmon she ordered I had shrimp when we got to the table to eat the food I opened mine and started to mix it all together and noticed something black on my shrimp and it appeared to be a fly cooked with my food
Oct 07, 2024 · Cheryl RiddickI spend a lot of time in this mall because I work here. I also spend a lot of money eating in this mall because it’s quick and I don’t have to leave to find lunch or dinner. With that being said I eat at this particular restaurant a lot and so does my team. Today I went by and ran into the guy that never smiles ( I’m guessing he’s the owner ) and the team that never understands what I’m saying. I ordered wings and white rice that came up to $13 and some change . After my order was prepared I asked for this sauce that was in a little container that was given to me the other day when I ordered the exact same thing. I was told .55c I stated that I wasn’t charged the other day one guy acted like he didn’t understand Mr. No smile said price again. I was about to use my card and that not allowed because it’s a $5 min . Well that’s a shame, after today I won’t be going back it’s to many other places that have great customer service to eat at that actually smile when customers are at the restaurant.
Dec 12, 2024 · A J SI ordered the fried tofu combo. I repeatedly told the cashier I wanted tofu because he kept saying, "Rice and veggies." My husband even repeated to him after I told him 3 times I wanted tofu. We even pointed to the picture on the menu of the tofu meal. The Asian lady hands me my meal without the Tofu. I told her I wanted tofu, and we told the cashier 4x we ordered the tofu! She told me he didn't charge me and that I had to pay the difference. I told her they messed up my order and that I shouldn't have to pay the difference. But I paid the difference anyway. After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked the lady, "Where is my order?" She tells me two more minutes. Then she started to yell at me, "What is my problem?" I told her that "My problem is that you messed up my order and charge me for your messed up! I want a REFUND!" She continued to yell at me, but I didn't hear what she said. I continued to say, "I want a REFUND! You messed up my order!" As soon as I was close to the register, she stopped yelling at me and refunded my husband. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN BECAUSE OF HER HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
