Suki Hana Introduce
For those in the Illinois region, particularly residents navigating the bustling environment of Schaumburg's Woodfield Mall, finding a quick and satisfying meal can be a key part of their shopping experience. Within the mall's extensive dining options, Suki Hana presents itself as a Japanese restaurant aiming to provide a convenient and accessible taste of Asian cuisine.
Suki Hana positions itself as a fast-casual option within a high-traffic location, catering to shoppers and mall visitors looking for Japanese-inspired dishes. The menu typically features popular choices such as various teriyaki options, bento boxes, and a selection of sushi rolls. While the fast-paced nature of a mall food court can sometimes present challenges, Suki Hana aims to deliver a convenient meal for those on the go. The restaurant’s presence in a major shopping destination means it’s easily integrated into a day of errands or leisure, offering a quick stop for a bite to eat.
Suki Hana is conveniently located at 5 Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg, IL 60173, USA. Being situated within Woodfield Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in Illinois, offers significant advantages in terms of accessibility for a wide range of local users. The mall itself is a major hub, easily reachable via major roads and highways in the Schaumburg area.
As a food court establishment, Suki Hana benefits from the mall's extensive parking facilities, making it simple for visitors to find a spot. Its location within the mall's dining pavilion (sometimes referred to as a food court) means it's easily accessible to shoppers and employees within the complex. For added convenience, Suki Hana offers both takeout and delivery services through popular third-party platforms like DoorDash, allowing customers to enjoy their Japanese dishes at home or elsewhere. This integration within a high-traffic retail environment and the availability of off-premise dining options make Suki Hana a highly accessible choice for those in the Illinois region.
Counter Service Dining: As a food court establishment, Suki Hana primarily offers counter service. Customers place their orders at the counter and then typically pick up their food for consumption in the mall's common seating areas.
Takeout Service: Suki Hana provides efficient takeout services, allowing customers to quickly order and pick up their meals to enjoy outside the mall or at home. This is a common and convenient option for many mall visitors.
Delivery Service: For those who prefer to dine at home, Suki Hana partners with major third-party delivery platforms such as DoorDash, extending its reach to customers within the Schaumburg delivery radius.
Teriyaki Dishes: A core offering of Suki Hana is its range of teriyaki dishes, often including Chicken Teriyaki, Beef Teriyaki, Shrimp Teriyaki, and combinations like Chicken & Shrimp Teriyaki. These are typically served with mixed vegetables and steamed rice, with options to substitute for fried rice or soba noodles.
Bento Boxes: The menu also features various bento boxes, offering a convenient, pre-portioned meal that can include a main protein along with sides.

Diverse Menu for a Food Court: Suki Hana offers a relatively broad menu for a fast-casual mall eatery, including various teriyaki entrees, sushi rolls, bento boxes, and appetizers, catering to different tastes.
Focus on Teriyaki: Teriyaki dishes are a prominent feature, with popular items like Chicken Teriyaki and combination plates being core offerings. Some information suggests these dishes are cooked fresh on a teppanyaki grill.
Accessible Pricing: As a food court vendor, Suki Hana generally offers its dishes at price points that are competitive and accessible for mall-goers, positioning itself as a more affordable option compared to full-service Japanese restaurants.
Quick Service (intended): The nature of a mall food court implies an aim for quick preparation and service, ideal for customers on the go. While some individual experiences may vary, the operational model is geared towards efficiency.
Based on the provided information, Suki Hana primarily positions itself as a convenient and accessible option within a busy mall environment, rather than a restaurant that frequently advertises specific "promotions" or "special offers" in the traditional sense, such as daily deals or percentage discounts.
The core "offer" from Suki Hana is its ability to provide a range of Japanese-inspired dishes, including teriyaki, sushi rolls, and bento boxes, within the fast-paced setting of Woodfield Mall. This convenience and accessibility, especially for those already shopping or working at the mall, serves as its main draw. The pricing is structured to be suitable for a mall food court, which inherently offers a perceived value for a quick meal.
While explicit, rotating promotions are not detailed, mall food court establishments often rely on the high foot traffic and the convenience factor to attract customers. For any potential limited-time offers, seasonal menu additions, or loyalty programs that might be available, it would be advisable for customers to inquire directly at the counter or check for any signage within the Woodfield Mall food court. Additionally, third-party delivery platforms like DoorDash often run their own promotions for local restaurants, which might indirectly benefit Suki Hana's offerings.

Suki Hana Reviews
Don’t ever go here! I ordered our food and waited about 20-25 minutes after going back and forth about 4 times to get our food. When I finally asked what’s taking a long time the cashier told me I didn’t order anything. Mind you, I paid for it and they did not give me a receipt so I have to pull my bank records on my phone to show that I paid them. The cashier took my phone and started scrolling my phone which shows my entire account and back records so I took the phone and she said she still needs it. I told her to just return the money and we will take our business somewhere but she said she will get the food prepared right away. When we got the ramen, the “meat” is all fat! No meat at all! All grease! Worse service and very bad tasting food! Never again!
March 31 · Arvin HernandezThe worst ramen I've ever eaten, I don't recommend it.
February 23 · Петро ПилипівI ordered the chicken teriyaki meal and it said "with egg roll" and was told they didn't have egg rolls to even give out. The food was horribly bland.
March 20 · Sebastian Vargas0 stars. ZERO. Absolutely terrible and they shouldn't even be in business. "Ramen" noodles are literally spaghetti. Broth is literally store bought beef stock. Not a hint of seaweed anywhere. Egg is plain and just looks like it was previously frozen. Absolutely no flavor and I don't have COVID. Inconsistent bowl portions, and for the price is an absolute ripoff. How this place was ever opened is beyond me and it makes sense why nobody was in line.Avoid at all costs. I wish we could've eaten inside so I could've asked for my money back. Trash.
January 09 · ThatGuyVapesVery bland ramen ("curry chashu"). The pork cutlets lacked natural color and tasted like fish. Incoherent service that kept screwing up my order and didn't really know the ingredients. Mexican drinks at Japanese-named place? For any sort of spice, they could only offer sriracha, so also not Japanese. At the same cost of $8, a more authentic and flavorful ramen is at nearby Mitsuwa's Santouka, another cafeteria spot. (Of course, unlike these two comparable places in the same venue category, authentic Japanese restaurants are expected to be at a higher level.)Sadly, it's at the taste and ingredient level of a store-bought Nong-Shim basic ramen bowl.
