I visited this restaurant on three occasions, and both times, every single table was dirty, raising significant health department concerns. During my first visit, I was quite dissatisfied with the food, which had a rubbery texture and an off-putting smell.Typically, I wouldn’t give a restaurant like this a second chance, but I returned in hopes of a better experience. Unfortunately, the restaurant still had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of old mop water, and all the tables were filthy. Despite being the only customer and feeling quite hungry, I hesitated but asked the server to clean a table. To my surprise, the one roll I ordered was surprisingly good, which gave me hope for a better experience on my return visit. Unfortunately, that was not the case.During my next visit, I ordered takeout, only to find that about $20 worth of food items were missing. The chicken hibachi had an unpleasant smell and was cold, and I received only white rice instead of the fried rice I expected. Additionally, the so-called crunch roll was covered in a messy substance that ruined the dish.When I called to speak with management about my concerns, he became overly emotional and was unable to address my complaints effectively. I was simply seeking a resolution, but he offered no solutions and seemed embarrassed by the state of the restaurant. His excuses for the issues only added to my frustration.Regrettably, I now realize that returning was a mistake. I gave this establishment multiple opportunities to improve, but they have consistently disappointed. There is a clear pattern of issues in many local restaurants, including dirty tables and poorly maintained food. I encourage others to look beyond the misleading ratings, which may be artificially inflated. Service was good, but the focus on to-go pick up right when you walk in makes you feel like maybe they prefer that over dine-in. All of the food was very sweet. Specifically the sugar carrots with the hibachi was weird, the carrots tasted good but did not match the flavors I was looking for in what I ordered. The kids meal also came out much earlier than the other meals in our party so that felt awkward. Otherwise the service was very good and we enjoyed our sushi
