Sushi Koi Reviews
Server was rude and not attentive. Food was bland and portions are incredibly small. Avoid this place! Never offered to remake anything and the server threw the check at us at the end because we said we wanted her to take back a dish we didn't enjoy. We also would've gladly paid any difference for the price of the item we got instead.
Jan 14, 2025 · KimberlyThe worst restaurant I have ever been to.My son and I went to this restaurant today. The server here had an extremely bad attitude. I think she might be the owner. We waited for half an hour but our food still hadn’t arrived. My son was very hungry. I told her nicely that my son was very hungry and asked if they could prepare the food quickly. Then, she came over aggressively and blamed me, saying that if I was in a hurry, I should have told her in advance. At that time, only my son and I were in the restaurant—there were no other customers. She said they weren’t just serving me but also handling takeout orders. But shouldn’t she have informed me in advance, saying something like, ‘Sorry, we have a big takeout order to handle, so your food might be delayed’?I’m not the owner of this restaurant—how would I know they were working on a large order? It was their failure to communicate, yet she blamed me to my face. On top of that, she kept cursing me in Fuzhounese from the back, not realizing that I am also Fuzhounese and understood everything she said.If you want to run a business in Kew Gardens, you should first learn how to treat people properly.
Feb 08, 2025 · yan chenExcellent customer service, Tina always makes me feel at home when I’m there. They take great measures to ensure their quality of food is always fresh, taste is spectacular. Recommend!
Nov 03, 2022 · Madee ZhangThe food is great but the customer service is so bad it brings the rating down to a 1 star. The lady at the front is rude, delusional and downright stupid.
Feb 18, 2025 · Sifan AWe ordered for takeout and the food was so fresh and delicious. We ordered spider roll, shrimp tempura roll, spicy tuna and crab roll. The spider and shrimp tempura were crispy and not soggy as other places I have ordered from. I would definitely order from here again.
