Sushi Mito Introduce
For residents across Georgia, the pursuit of truly authentic and high-quality Japanese cuisine can be a delightful, yet sometimes challenging, endeavor. This practice ensures a superior level of freshness and flavor, particularly evident in high-demand items like Toro nigiri, which "melted like butter."

- Bluefin Special: Sushi Mito is notable for its "Bluefin Special," where they acquire whole, world-top-quality Bluefin Tuna to offer it to customers. This allows them to provide exceptionally fresh and premium cuts at competitive prices. They emphasize that they "air-ship Japanese premium fishes directly from Toyosu Market (formerly Tsukiji) in Tokyo twice a week" for these specials.
- Seasonal Tuna Specials: As mentioned by a customer, they frequently feature specific "tuna specials," which change periodically (e.g., "March 2025 tuna specials"). These allow patrons to experience different cuts and preparations of high-grade tuna, such as negitoro roll and Toro nigiri, which are described as melting like butter.
- Chef's Special Rolls and Dishes: Their menu includes a "Chef's Special" section for both dinner and lunch, featuring unique and creative rolls (like Orange Blossom, Yum Yum Roll, Salmon Serrano, Firecracker) and other Japanese dishes (such as Katsu Curry Rice/Udon Dinner Set, Yellowtail Carpaccio, Okonomi Yaki). These items are often limited-time offerings showcasing culinary innovation.
- Lunch Combinations and Bento Boxes: While not strictly a promotion, their lunch menu includes various combination options and special bento boxes (e.g., Shokado Bento, Sushi Mania To-Go, Deluxe Bentos) that offer excellent value and a curated selection of dishes, making lunch a more affordable and diverse experience.

Sushi Mito Reviews
Absolutely spectacular. The ambiance is a mirror image of what you’d fine in a restaurant in Kyoto. But the real all-star is the food. Everything is delicious. Highly recommend this neighborhood gem.
Feb 08, 2025 · Amy D. TsushimaAfter almost 2 years in the South, a Japanese restaurant to write family about! (And I will say that it’s not fair because I used to work at Sushi Hiroyoshi in Las Vegas and I’ve been spoiled and biased ever since!).This spot imports their fish from Japan and the taste of the fish supports that. The ramen is on point and the broth is great as we prefer either a veggie broth or clear chicken broth and they provide a wonderful and “hug” inducing chicken broth! The agedashi tofu was good- above average, just a bit more smothered than I can truly appreciate. The daikon and ginger grated topping was definitely plentiful and loved that. The March 2025 tuna specials are up and we shared the negitoro roll and Toro nigiri- melted like butter!Happy to have finally found a spot that is only 30 mins from us and cuts down on the travel needed to head back to Las Vegas, or continue daydreaming about that Japanese food tour in Jaoan! Thanks Sushi Mito- excited for the laughing and joking from the Japanese sushi chefs to the laughing and family dinner time for the folks around us!
Mar 10, 2025 · K LeongThis is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants that I make sure to go to whenever I’m in the area. The menu has a wide variety of dishes, and everything I’ve tried from their sushi bento sets to their katsu curry rice is delicious. Additionally, they have affordable lunch prices especially for the amount of food you get. The service is top notch with very friendly staff that makes sure you are taken care of throughout your dining experience.
Mar 11, 2025 · Arju RezaThe service was impeccable. We were immediately greeted, seated, and waited on. The food came out quickly even though it was busy. The wait staff was attentive and helpful. The food was enjoyable for what it was priced at. It was lacking a little flavor in my opinion. I do want to come back and try a few more dishes. We got the pork belly skewers, sweet potato/yam, yakisoba, and some sushi rolls. The drink was $8 and not particularly tasty but fine for a random night. I enjoyed the Sake, it was strong. The environment was nice. Overall an enjoyable experience and curious to see if maybe we just needed to try a different set of dishes for flavor.
Oct 08, 2024 · Dheeraja DavuluriIncredible Sushi and the environment is just like in Japan. The fatty tuna melts in your mouth, it is so good. Honestly the uni is better than I've even tried in japan. So creamy and fresh.
