Sushi on Jones

210 W 10th St, New York, NY 10014, USA

4.0
This place is good, especially for the value. We did the 20 piece omakase set at the sushi counter and had a good experience. There were lots of tasty and stand out pieces as part of the set. Good variety overall. The manager was very nice and hospitable - a highlight for me. She even gave us an extra bite at the end of our meal which was a lovely touch and very appreciated. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because my friend and I felt something didn't sit right later in the evening which leads me to believe something could have been off with the food quality. But it's hard to say since everything tasted fine in the moment. But we both felt this way. When it comes to omakase, although the experience was enjoyable, I wouldn't consider this place my go-to. - Bailey Jaworski
