They were both attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure our dining experience was perfect. They anticipated our needs before we even asked and made fantastic recommendations from the menu. Their friendly energy added so much to our night, making us feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment we walked in.As for the food—outstanding! Every dish we ordered, whether it was sushi, ceviche, or a delicious dessert, was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. You can truly tell the chefs take great pride in their craft.Sushi Rose has easily become our new favorite dining spot. Coming from a girl from Miami, I’ve had my fair share of ceviche, and this was hands down the best Peruvian ceviche I’ve ever tasted. Fresh, zesty, and full of flavor. What made it even more special was that the owner came by to introduce himself — such a kind gesture — and that’s when I found out the ceviche is actually his grandmother’s recipe. That kind of heart and authenticity really shines through in the food.Fantastic service, incredible food, and a warm, personal atmosphere — I’ll be back every time I’m in Winston-Salem, no question!

The sushi was fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Every dish we tried had amazing flavor and presentation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great sushi spot with top notch hospitality. Can’t wait to come back!

The place was beautifully decorated and I just want to say that the black flatware was quite the boosie touch. (I'm literally searching Amazon for it today) The owners were really kind. Our server Kiarra was top notch at explaining the dishes and we wanted for nothing during our dining experience. Chef Armin really created a unique culinary experience fusing Japanese and Peruvian cultures. He award winning presentations that had me thinking about this dinner the following day. Rose Sushi is a must try great experience that's not hard on the wallet!

Whether you’re dining with a large group, enjoying an intimate meal, or simply having a drink at their stunning bar. From the beautifully presented dishes to the inviting ambiance and outstanding hospitality, this restaurant checks all the boxes. I can’t recommend it enough!
