Its unique "All You Can Eat" model with full table service addresses a common desire for abundant choices without the typical buffet hassle, making it a distinctive and convenient local gem.
The vastness of their menu is a significant draw. Whether you're a sushi purist, a lover of inventive specialty rolls (like the "jalapeno yellowtail" or "tatami pieces"), or prefer hot Japanese dishes like hibachi and ramen, Sushi Soho provides an extensive selection to satisfy virtually any craving. This makes it an ideal spot for groups with diverse tastes, ensuring everyone can find something enjoyable to order repeatedly within the AYCE framework. The affordability of the AYCE pricing, particularly for lunch and children, makes it a budget-friendly option for families and those looking for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank. For a family flying in or out of DFW, or simply a local seeking a welcoming atmosphere for celebrations or regular dining, Sushi Soho's accessibility on Airport Freeway with ample parking adds to its practicality. The numerous positive recent reviews praising the "consistently great food," "fresh sushi," and "friendly and helpful staff" underline its strong reputation within the community.

Sushi Soho Reviews
Didn’t realize the Place turned into an All You Can Eat. Been here several times before over the years and enjoyed it. We don’t eat that much to do All You Can Eat. It would be a waste. Plus it wasn’t explained when we ordered. Don’t like the change. It should be an option if you want to do “All You Can Eat “
Apr 24, 2025 · Kc WashingtonWe were on the highway, just flew in, and saw AYCE on the sushis sign. We had to stop! The speed of service was super fast! However the salmon and tuna were okay. The salmon didn't taste very buttery but it was still good. We really loved the tatami pieces! And of course my favorite was the jalapeno yellowtail. The wasabi was kind of chunky but we got used to it and really liked it. The sweet tea was a perfect welcome to dallas! We hope to be back.
Feb 23, 2025 · Kae KThis place is amazing. Everything is fresh and delicious. Everyone is warm and friendly. It’s very calm and peaceful. I tried the hot pot and it was my first time having it. I paid to take the rest home it was so delicious. I will continue to come back to this place and if I ever move I will consider whether or not a Sushi SoHo location is near. Thank you guys for the lovely restaurant experience.
May 18, 2025 · Quoix PhoenixOk AYCE Sushi. We are sushi lovers and this was a disappointment. We visited on a Friday evening, we were greeted and seated quickly. It took a little while for our waitress to come to our table. AYCE dinner for adults is $33.99 & $16.99 for kids 5-10. You can order anything from the menu. They did ask our child’s age and explained the rules making them sound strict. We ordered several different items including tuna, salmon, Pad Thai, Japanese ribs, a couple special rolls, mussels and jalapeño poppers. The sushi was just ok. It wasn’t anything special. The Pad Thai believe it or not was my favorite thing. The Japanese ribs were good but probably 1/3 the size of 1 full rib. The jalapeño poppers were not good. It was a slice of jalapeño with a huge amount of filling and it was not hot making the jalapeño basically raw. 1 of the poppers had no jalapeño in it. We never got refills until we asked for it when we got the check and the plates we had finished using sat on the edge of our table for almost the whole meal. Service just was not good. We would not visit again.
Nov 09, 2024 · Emily SantosI just left your restaurant, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had — especially at a hot pot restaurant. From the moment we walked in, things felt off. The cost is $33 per person before drinks, which sets the expectation for quality service and a solid experience. Sadly, it missed the mark in almost every way.My wife and I chose the tomato broth. When we asked about meat options, getting information from the staff was like pulling teeth. It took 15 minutes before we even got any meat on the table. Unlike other hot pot places like Happy Lamb Hot Pot in Grand Prairie, there were no self-serve entree options. Everything was slow and required chasing someone down.In the full hour we were there, we saw our server a total of four times. We only managed to get two drink refills, and our broth was never replenished — which is hard to understand at a hot pot place. By the end of the meal, we were basically just eating overcooked, burnt tomato. What made things worse was that our server clearly had a different section. We were seated separately from their main area, and it felt like we were forgotten. For $33 a person, this was not the experience we expected or deserved. If you’re new to hot pot or considering where to go, I strongly recommend Happy Lamb instead. It’s about $10 cheaper, offers more food variety, and — most importantly — they actually treat you like a valued guest. Now I understand why the place was nearly empty at 7 PM.
