The food is AMAZING here. But the staff really needs some lessons in hospitality and customer service. All the staff are VERY rude and do not check on you. If you ask for anything (more water, more menus, sauce etc) you have to ask several times before they actually get it for you. If you don’t know what something is on the menu and you ask, they are very rude and disrespectful. I would love to come more often, but am often discouraged due to the staff… I’d much rather go to the little falls location!

So I ordered their Nabeyaki udon on the website and I asked to make some changes like separating the toppings from the broth. They just didn’t put in the crab meat or shrimp tempura even though it does come with it and when asked for extra veggies just put 1 extra sweet potato. As well there was maybe 5 noodles. I understand not having enough room in the separate containier but they put the sweet potato in its own container when the container with noodles still had so much space in it so it’s clear they just forgot the tempura or crab meet. They also didn’t put any of the utensils I asked for and forgot the appetizer I ordered.

Just ordered from Sushi Village thro Uber Eats- terrible!!Soft shell crab - mostly hard & and a few days old crust, hardly any crab there. They warmed it up, not just cooked…Spicy crunchy tuna rolls- joke! Rice is hard as cement- must be a month old, 5 pieces instead of usual 8 pieces roll. No wasabi! Avoid- very bad quality food that you wouldn’t want to put inside of you…especially makes it more dangerous to eat from there as they offer raw fish- literally could kill you…just sad

AYCE was much better on our previous visit. Rice overkill we had to pick away to get to fish etc I had a pile of rice on my plate afterwards. Service was decent but food could have been better.
