Can’t believe I’ve lived close to Sushiato for so long and this is my first time. If you’re in the Weston area, don’t sleep on this amazing Japanese/latin fusion. Everything was delicious from the appetizers to the bowls and omg the sushi!! Will definitely be coming back. Our waitress was Joana but everyone seemed so nice.

I love this place. Small yet so unique. We go here maybe once or twice a month. Love the specials they come up with and the freshness of the plates is always phenomenal. Drinks are very well made as well. Clean place and phenomenal staff. We are repeated costumers!The coconut salmon is incredible and the kids menu is outstanding. For being a kids menu it’s incredibly fresh and house made. Love love this place

Excellent option in Weston for Japanese Latin fusion, the service is very good and the place is nice decorated. The Especial of the month Roll isvery tasty and Suhiato Salad very good. I recommend 100% both Parkland and Weston locations.

One of the best sushi places in Weston! We had the tuna tartare, the Sushiato salad, the Daisuki roll, and a the Deluxe roll. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection! The taste was amazing. The mix of flavors was incredible. I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!And the cherry on the top, the top-notch service! Friendly staff and very knowledgeable!
