Susuru Ramen Reviews
I am so thankful that the Susuru store is close to my house. Ramen is delicious, but sesame cucumber salad is one of the must-try menu items. Especially on cold days, you have to go to Susuru and drink ramen soup. The friendly atmosphere and taste are all perfect. At first, I was disappointed that the store was small, but it was even more attractive because it was a small store.
Feb 03, 2025 · Eunjoo Kim (Ej)Been curious about this Ramen ever since a friend recommend this and also I read some good reviews online.First of all, the place. I wish the place could be nicer lil bit. It doesn't give the cozy vibes, doesn't give a feeling of welcoming or feeling want to come back. The food. My friend and I we ordered gyoza and karaage as appetizer. The karaage was soooo delicious. I love it. The gyoza just okay, almost similar like frozen gyoza we can get from costco or BJ's. Nothing special. Then for ramen we ordered Paitan and Tantan. The Tantan was soo good but the Pairan, I don't know what to say. Just blant, didnt like it at all.But the server, who also the hostess herself was sooooo nice. She did her job very well. She maintain the line and serving other customers at the same time. Thumbs up for her.So. My conclusion. It's good but not that great. Well, maybe I should try other ramen and other appetizers next time.
May 18, 2025 · Miss NHere's the ramen snob... Ok, so I love ramen and I read that it was one of the best ramen joints in Queens/Astoria. We had the octopus balls--takoyaki I think they were called. They were good. I had the deluxe ramen as I thought it would be the best on their menu and thus, I could compare it to other ramen I've had elsewhere. It stood it's ground but I think I've been to many other places that were better. The dining area is small and, given the hype, we had to wait to be seated. However, there is a nice bar catty-cornered to this place where you can sit out the wait with a drink in hand.
Mar 08, 2025 · Ronald RicardoMy boyfriend and I recently dined here and absolutely loved it. We ordered the gyoza and takoyaki which were fantastic, especially the latter. The takoyaki was a perfect size, not to big or small, battered crispy and the octopus inside was a great texture. I had the miso ramen with extra corn (and they give you a good amount when ordering extra) while my boyfriend had the gyokai ramen which were equally delicious in their own way (the broth was delectable and the toppings complimented them well). We would 100% recommend visiting here and will be returning ourselves!
Mar 02, 2025 · Mai NguyenA great spot to get ramen for a reasonable price. The broth is very well done, the noodles have great texture, and the toppings are generous. The overall quantity was filling and perfect for a meal, so I thought. I liked the gyokai the most (for the seafood flavour), but that is very much a personal preference. All of them are really good. I also highly recommend the chicken karaage for a side! There are many places that charge much more for less quality. On a side note. The restaurant is not that large and does not have that much seating, so try to come at non-peak hours if possible to avoid waiting in line.
