We had a spectacular experience. By far one of the best omakase (and sushi) experiences I’ve ever had. The fish is very fresh and each bite is somehow better than the one before it. The seafood is imported weekly from Japan and New Zealand. You can tell that the chefs take a lot of pride in their menu and plan out the omakase course very carefully.The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed. The chefs and staff were very friendly and seemed to enjoy the experience they were creating for their guests.I can’t recommend this highly enough. We can’t wait to come back.

There were over 18+ courses each one with its own unique and elevated. Most ingredients from shipped directly from Japan, from the A5 Wagyu to the fatty tuna. Expensive but worth it!

Thanks to chef Patrick and all the staff for the most incredible meal and evening!The ambiance and service is second to none. It feels like you’re doing Omakase in Japan and then walk out into Florida. I had the best piece of fish in my entire life here. Their 3 day marinated sea bass. To die for. We figured it would be pretty cool and unique, but this absolutely blew us away. The service was absolutely fantastic and the food was to die for. My dad and I were speechless. Patrick was our chef, he was so attentive and so intelligent, teaching us all about every piece of fish. We got to try things we would never have gotten or even thought to try. We will be back. Thank you Patrick, Chloe and CeCe!!!

We were warned at the beginning that sushi as we knew it, was about to be ruined for us, they were so right.The restaurant is stunningly beautiful. The service is top notch and I would put it up against any Michelin restaurant. Attentive, warm, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, are what come to mind when thinking of the servers. Amazing saki selection, which was perfectly paired throughout the meal.The absolute freshest fish available, except of course for the fish that they dry age for texture and flavor.So that’s what good uni tastes like? Now I completely understand the hype. Chef Patrick mixed tradition with innovation, for some incredible nigiri. Cold noodles was so refreshing, like a sushi intermezzo.The meal was perfectly paced and you have an opportunity to order more at the end. Just fantastic.Everyone needs to experience Taki, go, just go and enjoy!
