Tensho positions itself as a premium dining experience, and as such, their primary "offers" are centered around their carefully curated course menus and the exceptional quality-to-price ratio for such high-end ingredients. While they don't typically advertise rotating discounts or daily specials in the conventional sense, the value comes from the comprehensive set menus that allow diners to experience a full range of flavors and premium ingredients at a set price. For instance, their Deluxe A5 Wagyu paired with seafood course starting at around $158 offers a generous portion and an embodiment of opulence. Patrons view these set menus as the promotion themselves, providing an inclusive and luxurious dining journey that would otherwise be significantly more costly if ordered à la carte elsewhere for comparable quality. For specific seasonal offerings or special event menus, it is always recommended to check their official website or inquire directly when making a reservation.

Tensho Reviews
Amazing experience at Tensho. Wonderfully attentive staff and delicious dishes. Especially recommend the Wagyu Sushi that just melts in your mouth. Great for a special night out in Little Tokyo!
Feb 28, 2024 · Samuel SmithTensho occupies the former Kagaya location. While it offers the required A5 Wagyu cuts, their prime cuts are marbled and have a very tender consistency; plus an expanded seafood option for the hot pot. Unless you want to take a chance, reservations are highly recommended.
Mar 03, 2024 · Peter PakUnreal meal! Same as in Japan shabu, even better than next door sushi!
Feb 23, 2025 · Joshua KremerFemale owned and operated, service & food are excellent. The appetizer and dessert were the main home runs for me. I got a sweet tooth and a thing for small delicious dishes like the monk fish and king crab that are one bite dishes. As for the main entree it's as fresh as it gets, price is for a set meal so it's worth it. You'll definitely feel stuffed by the end even if it looks like not much. The scallops and shrimp are my favorite 🤤. Also, the creamy scallop on cucumber owner special was a great start to service. ☺️My only feedback for the soft opening would be to reword the requirements for sharing a set meal.
May 08, 2022 · Kao ChenEverything was amazing! I definitely want to go back to this restaurant.
