Teriyaki Japan Reviews
Terrible experience. There so busy they can’t keep up with anything then proceed to take peoples orders. Literally waited 30 minutes and still didn’t get my food. After complaining I asked for a refund JASON proceeded to say to give him my receipt when they don’t give out receipts so please make this make sense. I been ato so many places like this and this one has just been the worse. I don’t recommend to anyone and would love for the main person of contact to reach out to me asap. This is just honestly unacceptable.
Dec 31, 2024 · Marrisa CoffingI've become a weekend regular here, the flavors are amazing and I haven't had a bad meal during any of my visits thusfar, the quality control delivers a consistent product that slams your palate with flavor. Definitely try this place over the panda express next to it.
Jul 22, 2023 · Kyle SwartzCan be pricey, but hands down is the best teriyaki chicken in Asheville. Far better than ichiban asaka and yoshida's Express. The lo mein noodles we're perfectly hydrated and the chicken is cut in a way for maximum flavor. The teriyaki sauce is the best I've ever had. I don't know why this place is under 5 stars but I'm not going to lie this is the best food on the planet. I'm never disappointed. My only gripe would be that you have to pay extra for white sauce and it could be a little cheaper but the food taste and quality blows everything else out of the water. A++. If you want the best Japanese you have ever had. eat here
Feb 06, 2025 · bobjob113The Asheville Mall food court had Panda Express and Teriyaki Japan right next to each other. I was heavily considering Panda Express until I saw the prices at Teriyaki Japan, which were a little lower. My boyfriend and I each got the chicken teriyaki special with noodles and a spring roll, and we both also shared a drink which came out to around $22. There was a LOT of food! We were very satisfied with the portions and had to take one of them home. The food itself tasted good. There are sauces that you can get to make it more flavorful if you wish. Service was quick and friendly!
Sep 21, 2022 · Mar PepinThis is one of the worst places I’ve been to will never ever come back, chicken is chewy, no flavor for the veggie’s or noodles, spent $54 for 3 people, our plates were the $9.50 special of the day and asked for our drinks we told him and he never gave them to us, said it wasn’t on HIS receipt, very very disappointed
