Teriyaki Town Introduce
For users on platforms like "Doctor Near Me" who might be searching for services in their vicinity, the need for a quick, convenient, and satisfying meal after an appointment or during a busy day is often paramount. While "Doctor Near Me" primarily focuses on healthcare providers, it also serves as a hub for local services, implying that users are often looking for practical solutions within their immediate geographical area. In this context, a local eatery like Teriyaki Town in Lynnwood, WA, presents itself as a potential option for those seeking a fast and accessible meal.
Teriyaki Town is situated at 4615 196th St SW #128, Lynnwood, WA 98036, USA, making it easily reachable for residents and visitors alike in the Lynnwood area. The restaurant can be contacted via phone at (425) 673-5904 or mobile phone at +1 425-673-5904, offering multiple avenues for inquiries or takeout orders. Its location within a commercial area suggests that it caters to a diverse clientele, including those who may be visiting nearby businesses or medical facilities.
When considering the environment, Teriyaki Town appears to operate as a casual, quick-service establishment. This is a common characteristic of many teriyaki restaurants in the Pacific Northwest, where the emphasis is often on efficiency and providing a hearty meal without the formality of a full-service dining experience. The reviews, which frequently mention short wait times (e.g., "done in less than 5mins"), reinforce this perception. Such an environment is particularly appealing to individuals who might be on a tight schedule, perhaps en route to or from a doctor's appointment, or simply looking for a no-fuss meal.
Regarding services, Teriyaki Town primarily functions as a takeout-friendly establishment, though it likely offers limited dine-in seating. The ease and speed of service are key components of its operational model. Customers place their orders, and food is prepared and dispensed relatively quickly. This rapid turnaround time is often a major draw for lunch crowds, busy families, or individuals who prioritize convenience. The mention of calling out order numbers also points to a streamlined system designed for efficiency. For someone using a "Doctor Near Me" platform, the idea of a quick meal solution that doesn't require extensive waiting fits well into a busy day's schedule.
The features of Teriyaki Town, based on customer feedback, center around its menu offerings, specifically various forms of teriyaki. Chicken teriyaki and spicy chicken teriyaki are highlighted as prominent dishes. The expectation is that the main component of these dishes is the protein (chicken), complemented by a side of rice. Promotional information, while not explicitly provided by the restaurant, can be inferred from common practices in such establishments. This might include combo deals, family packs, or special lunch pricing, all designed to attract and retain customers. However, specific promotional offers are not detailed in the provided information.
It's important to provide an objective introduction, especially when drawing from customer reviews. Some feedback indicates concerns regarding the freshness and quality of the food. One customer reported that chicken teriyaki "didn't seem to be fully cooked and just tasted odd," leading to a wasted purchase. Another review for the spicy chicken teriyaki described it as "dry" with excessive sauce and noted that it was "full of rice and barely any chicken" for a price of $17, raising questions about value. The speed of service, while a benefit, has also been linked to concerns about food freshness, with customers observing that two entrees called out a minute after ordering suggest pre-prepared or not freshly cooked items. Additionally, a recurring theme in the negative feedback is the perceived unwillingness of the establishment to "mak customers happy by remaking orders or refunding $." This aspect of customer service is a significant consideration for potential patrons.
In contrast, positive aspects, while not explicitly detailed in the provided reviews, often include the convenience, affordability (though some reviews dispute this), and the general appeal of a quick teriyaki meal for many. The sheer volume of teriyaki restaurants in the area suggests a demand for this type of cuisine. For those seeking a quick and potentially budget-friendly Japanese-inspired meal, Teriyaki Town could be an option. However, prospective diners, particularly those who value fresh preparation and attentive customer service, might want to consider the feedback provided by previous patrons.
In summary, Teriyaki Town in Lynnwood, WA, operates as a fast-casual Japanese restaurant specializing in teriyaki dishes. Its primary appeal lies in its quick service and convenient location, making it a potential stop for individuals seeking a speedy meal, perhaps after an appointment found through a "Doctor Near Me" search. While it offers a practical solution for quick dining, potential customers should be aware of past customer experiences concerning food quality, freshness, and customer service responsiveness. As with any local establishment, personal experience can vary, and prospective diners might consider trying it for themselves while keeping the mentioned feedback in mind.

Teriyaki Town Reviews
Does this look like good chicken teriyaki to you?Update: Came here again, and ordered 2 orders of chicken teriyaki. Got home, took a few bites of chicken and it didn't seem to be fully cooked and just tasted odd. My kids didn't even want it and they usually love teriyaki. So I wasted $40 on junk. And from reading the reviews, it seems this place isn't interested in making customers happy by remaking orders or refunding $. Won't be coming back here anymore. And p.s. The food isn't always made fresh. When you order 2 entrees and they call your number a minute after you order you know that's not fresh.
Feb 02, 2025 · M WI got the spicy chicken teriyaki, it was dry and they just pour sauce all over it. It was done in less than 5mins so i know it wasn’t fresh either and 17$ is crazy. The main is supposed to be the chicken and side is the rice, not the other way around. Smh it was full of rice and barely any chicken. never going here again. Go to 5 corners teriyaki in edmonds. So much better.
Apr 15, 2025 · Esrom DGreat food. You sit yourself and then order from the counter. We had prawn stir fry, short rib teriyaki, gyozas, and wonton soup.
Nov 03, 2024 · Jennifer PahlmanAte here last night. Had the #13, Teriyaki chicken and general tsao chicken. Came with 2 mounds of rice and cabbage salad. The Teriyaki was cold to touch and the general tsao was steaming hot and had great flavor. The Teriyaki sauce wasn't very good and looked greasy. Sorry but we won't be coming back.
Nov 07, 2024 · Raelene colliganHave ate here before (3 -5 times) and enjoyed it. Tonight, not so much. Chicken was burnt and the fried rice....meh. The flavor was not appealing. The effort it took in my getting to the store....to have it be less than what it should is disappointing. Sorry!
