Haven't been to many sushi places in The state os Washington, mostly AZ. But, based on all the other places I've visited TheKoi is on the very top of my list. They take most sushi dishes and make them better. Loved the seared sashimi dish as well as the curry dish. The regular sashimi dish has a great variety and good value.Their service was excellent and the atmosphere was quiet and very enjoyable. Maybe because we visited when they opened.

Had a pleasant experience with the staff as well as the quality of the sushi.The bartenders recommendations were on point and the dishes came out very aesthetically pleasing and tasted even better!One of my favourite spots from now on and definetly worth the price. This place is our go-to sushi restaurant. The severs are always polite and friendly. If you’re ever in the down town Tacoma, you need to give this place a try. We’ve been eating here on 9 different occasions and the service, food, and experience is always the same.
