Tokyo Steakhouse Reviews
I had high hopes for this spot, but unfortunately, my experience was a bit disappointing. I’ll start with the positive: the sushi actually tasted pretty good. However, the texture and appearance were off—it looked mushy and not very fresh, which made me question how long it had been sitting out.The customer service also left a lot to be desired. The person helping me seemed rushed and impatient, which made me feel unwelcome. On top of that, the place itself didn’t look very clean. A little extra attention to hygiene and hospitality would go a long way.Overall, the food had potential, but the atmosphere and service made it hard to enjoy.
May 25, 2025 · Jessica ParamoDon't order the meat on the stick! It does not look like the picture on the Uber eats app. Over $11 for the picture below.
Apr 25, 2025 · sheena thompsonWe have enjoyed dining here many times and we love it every time! This past week was the first time we ordered pick up.We ordered 3 Bento Boxes. 2 steak and 1 chicken. We were NOT disappointed! The to-go boxes were set up perfect! Presentation was just as if were dining in. It was ready when promised and hot! The food was prepared perfect and tasted amazing as always. Will be back :)
Apr 25, 2025 · not nowFood is great. Always big portions. Very flavorful. Love the boat our appetizers come in. When you eat here i feel like you get more food than when you order togo. It has a sushi bar even tho you can’t sit at it for all the clutter and items around it (would be nice) looks clean inside... could use a update in decor. Price is far for the amount of food you get. Older waitress has a bad attitude if you ask questions.. while the younger ones are really nice. Would have gave it 4 stars if it wasn’t for the bar & attitude.
Jul 15, 2018 · brittany lopezIm done trying here, everytime i order poki it is barely any salmon and all iceberg lettuce and seaweed. This time it was "sushi burrito" for 16$, and it was literally just a two pieces of seaweed with lettuce and a sliver of salmon. I paid 16$ for what was essentially two pieces of seaweed filled with iceberg lettuce and a maybe 2oz of salmon. These "burritos" were the size of my palm. Everything is overpriced.
