I love eating at Toukei! It’s my favorite Izakaya in Houston. I sat at the bar with my bestie served by a friendly attentive bar tender. The food came out in a timely manner and everything was delicious.
April 24 · B RobinsonNice looking izakaya style restaurant. Saw they closed late into the night, so it was perfect to grab a late dinner. I really enjoyed the okonomiyaki! Friendly staff and the environment was super nice at night.
February 17 · TabithaHIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!One of my favorite spots for a night date! We came as a group of four and had a fantastic time. We ordered Chili salmon, skewers, fried chicken skin, ramen, takoyaki and fried oysters, and they were amazing, delicious!!The servers were super friendly and attentive.Bonus: they’re open ’til midnight!
May 17 · Stacy Silva (Cy)Such a cool spot, music is upbeat and fun, food is really good only thing is that it’s far from me so I won’t be coming here too often but highly recommend it and the drinks were hittinggg too shout out to Ken great service.
April 09 · cris casaloFirst time coming here and had a really awesome time! We got here before the late dinner crowd came so we got seated immediately which is a plus. Very modern look and perfectly lit for a nice dinner date. Kim took very good care of us. She recommended her the popular ones on the menu and they were very good. The winter silk sake, which we had 2 bottles of, was sweet and smooth. We ordered mostly skewers and a couple of hot appetizers, we were full! Our favorite was the Ribeye Caps, so tender and flavorful! Will definitely come back to try more items in the menu!
