I didn’t realize this was a local chain but the food was excellent! We did the all you can eat and sat at the counter with the chief. We could pick off the list ( which was pretty big) and he would make it right then. I had about 6 different kinds and they all were great. I also had seaweed salad, edamame, and miso soup with it. Our Chefs Christian and James made sure that we had an amazing experience. It was my son’s introduction to something more than a California roll (he is a kid). Christian was able to offer recommendations on what would be easy rolls for kids. He also made our orders quickly and they were delicious.I have been coming to this location for the last 4 years and the service has been consistent and great. It is the place where the wife and I sneak out for our lunch dates.

Trappers is My Hubbys and I favorite place to go when we go out to eat. We have been here just about 7 times already this year. And they never seem to fail us!! Big shout out to all the employees that worked today (valentine's day) I could see the stress but everyone kept a smile on their face and stayed positive and worked so hard to please everyone!! Bigger shout out to our regular servers and cooks when we come, our servers/Managment Tanisha and Melissa! And our Cooks Josh, Christian, and DeShawn!! These guys are amazing and I'm so greatful to come in and see their faces just about every time we come in!! They have all personally gotten to know us. And our orders drink and appetizers wise and are just down right the best!!!
