i had an awesome experience here and happened to visit when it wasn’t busy at all, - i ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen/gyoza it was so great and i just cant seem to get over that egg. i would definitely come back to try the other parts of the whole menu!! ( ◠‿◠ )

We spent about $50 for our order to not meet our expectations.Pros:-Food was ready quickly within 15 minutes to pick it up.-Spicy Tsukemen broth was good. A bit of a kick without being too spicy.Cons:-Paid an extra $10 for chicken. The chicken was unappetizing to look at. The chicken was not what was pictured on the menu. Our chicken pieces contained a lot of fat and bone which discouraged our appetite.-Noodle to protein ratio does not match. I recognize this is a ramen dish but it did not help satisfy our appetite. Instead only filling us up on $19 noodles. Additionally, the chicken orders did not seem to match. 1 had 3 recognizable slices while the other had what looked like scraps held together by the skin/fat.-My boyfriend got the regular Tsukemen and was not impressed with the broth.My boyfriend was actually the one who found this spot and was excited to try it but he ended up being the most discouraged by it. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.

I like the chewy texture of the noodles. Egg was not bad, well marinated (but will be nicer if the yolk is runnier). Char siew portion is generous but the texture was alittle too tough for my liking.There was something wrong with our orders and the staff was quick to handle it. We really appreciate the kind gesture.

Place is neat and clean.Food is delicious and it fills you up.We ordered the Chashu ramen.Consistency of the soup is perfect to dip the noodles in it.Add some lemon, soy sauce and ginger and it’s a party inside your mouth.100% recommend and would definitely come back for another round.
